He soaked my fingers in warm water for a very short period of time with no cuticle softener, did not push my cuticles back, then proceeded to excessively cut away my cuticles, making them bleed. As if that wasn't bad enough, after applying the builder gel, he very roughly filed them all the way down and took a very fast and aggressive drill to them making them bleed, even more. I told him twice that he had gone too far and he didn't really even acknowledge me. But I know he was aware because when he was all done, he added some light blue stuff to make them stop bleeding which made them hurt even more. All of the other times I've ever gone to the salon. They have done a great job so if I return, I will definitely make sure it is not to the older gentleman.

I got a standard pedicure, gel manicure, and eyebrow waxing. The service was great and well priced. Typically, waxing gives me acne, but this did not, which is great!
