This establishment is nicely decorated inside, soothing music is playing as you lay down and some people fall asleep while getting their lashes done. There is something to elevate your legs as you lay down to get your lashes done. The staff is friendly. I went on a Sunday and while most parking rules/meters are suspended it took a while to find parking. However, when advising of the groupon I purchased, I showed them what I want because I am coming from a place where there weren't as many options. They said ok and what I received was not what I wanted and it is not until then that she showed me a display of the different options available. I do feel like I wasted my time because I had to leave with what I didn't want. I purchased a groupon for this service and believe that may be why. However, in the beginning of our interaction if she explained that the groupon didn't cover what I wanted, I would've paid the difference or not used the groupon. The lady explained that I would have to come back in 2 weeks to get them done over. I've been here 4 times. The 1st 3 times I've got a hybrid set around week 1 1/2 I had about 40% of lashes with proper care and no over washing. I took a break thinking lashes don't lash on me. I decided to get a volume set after they had done a price increase and I definitely noticed that they don't fill in my whole lash line. I had a couple of gaps. And my supposed volume set looked like a hybrid & I paid the full volume set. Definitely my last time coming here. It's been a week now with my lashes and they still look lovely and full, only lost a few which is amazing. I wish I would of got the name of my lash tech but when I booked the appt it just said lash tech 1 and she was sitting at the first station. I got the volume set and it was quicker than I expected and they make you really comfortable laying down I was trying not to fall asleep because I felt so relaxed. i've been to iris lash a few times and never had a major issue with them. TODAY i do. I got my lashes done yesterday after noon and they came out beautiful. A few lashes came out yesterday but i wasn't too concerned because i know sometimes that is normal BUT I wake up this morning and my lashes are all over my pillow. there are gaps in my lashes and one of my eyes look horrible because there are only a few lashes left. I was going to get a refill today but asked for a refund instead because I am leaving for a trip tonight and really don't have the extra time to get them filled and have one eye basically redone completely. They then proceeded to tell me I can only geta fill and not a refund, I'd have to come in so they can look at my lashes and see what they can do. I've never had an issue with them before but after my phone call I will no longer be a customer with iris lash. read more

Do NOT waste your time and money. I lost my own eyelashes within 24 hours. The glue they use is very toxic. I also had allergic reactions and my eyes were very itchy. I had done eyelash extensions for many years at a different place, and I never had this problem before. The technicians don't have skills. read more

The deal and discount they they offered what nice but just know you get what you pay for. Never have I ever had my lashes fall out as quickly as they did here. The first two times I didn't say anything or complain but this third time they really started coming out to where they looked over a week old on four days. I called them and scheduled a lash fix for the same day and when on the phone the man never said there was cost and even put in the email header that it was free. Once a i get there and am laying down already taped and ready to go the lash tech says that there was going to be a $15 charge. my issue was not the price it was the fact that I was originally told one thing and then told another right when it was time for me to get my lashes fix. even when I went to go check out the receptionist looked at me confused and said it should've been free. just know you get what you pay for here and there are a lot of other last places I will offer you the same if not better deal for a better quality and service. read more

These people do not know what they are doing! I visit Irish Lash on 03/14/2023 at 10AM The "lash tech" applied glue to my eyelid. The first rule you learn when lashing is DO NOT apply the extension glue to the skin as it can be toxic and cause permanent eyelash loss. I paid $100 + tip for a hybrid set and a cat eye but left with a classic set and all of the lashes were the same length. My lashes were not prepped. The tech rubbed a strange substance with her fingers over my lashes then proceeded to place lashes on my eye with no strategy. When she finished, she didn't apply anything to the lashes to ensure longevity. They looked decent enough for me to leave without causing drama. However, when I got home, I realized the lash glue was placed directly to my skin and when I lightly touched the lashes, the hard glue dug into my skin. I called the number for the room and a man answered and told me they'll be about to "fix" the lashes for free. I travel all the way back to the room these women work out of and said man is nowhere to be seen. Instead, I had to speak to the woman who did my lashes and explain to her over and over that the lash glue is NOT supposed to touch the skin. She removed 2-3 lashes and asked me "how does it feel now?" She used one tweezer and the tiniest drop of whatever solution was used. When she would pluck my actual eyelash and I'd pinch my eye close in reaction, she'd tell me not to. She did this a few times and finally replace the lashes, this time placing them on the lash and not the skin, as I told her. I should not have to tell a lash tech how to do their job. People pay good money to become licensed estheticians and people like this just open up shop thinking they can do whatever they one. Not knowing literally the first thing they teach you about applying lash extensions. If my real lashes never grow back or my eye gets infected, I will be highly upset. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! read more
