Christie was excellent. I have gotten my eye lashes done plenty of times, and my refill this time came out perfect and it did not even sting. Would highly recommend this place. Ask for Christie!! read more

The service itself was quick and pretty comfortable, but I did not get the lashes I wanted. I asked for a wispy lash that wasn't dramatic. My lashes are already pretty full and so it can quickly get heavy. In the end I got very long dramatic lashes and I'm not really happy. If this was what I was going for then absolutely it was a great job but now I'm stuck a look that I don't feel the best in. The lash tech was very sweet and the place was clean, but if you're wanting a more customized look then I'd be cautious or atleast be overly descriptive. read more

Okay so I finally have the chance to write a review about this place. It's been two days since I got my lashes done but the picture attached was taken the night of. First thing is that you are automatically charged $13 before you even get started which includes 10% tip and tax. The lady who did mine was Lily. She hurt me twice and the end results were pretty disappointing. She put one piece of lash way too high on my left eye which she took off after I showed it to her. Then the right eye seemed a bit off... it wasn't aligned and some pieces higher than others. I explained it to her but she didn't see what I was trying to say. I got 12 inch, gorgeous styled J curls 80 pieces. Honestly, you're better off putting on falsies instead. It looks too natural which seems like I didn't even get extensions. I've been to other places with better outcome. read more

I bought a Groupon to get my lashes done before a friend's bach trip. The last time I had gotten them done was pre-Covid, so I was a tad nervous but was put at ease once I arrived. They take your temperature, have you use hand sanitizer, disinfect your shoes, and of course everyone is wearing a mask. Obviously it's not as safe as staying home and not doing your lashes, but at least that helped give me peace of mind. The deal was for 110 mink eyelashes. I got 13s, C curl and a mix of sexy/cute. I thought that was nice because this was the first time I've been to a place that lets you mix different styles. I liked the way they same out and my technician was very meticulous about them. However, about a week later, they started irritating my eyes so I ended up removing them myself (with an oil-based remover). I don't think it's anything they did - I just think that maybe as I get older, my eyes are started to react negatively to the glue. But I'm glad they at least held out (with no irritation) during the bach so at least I didn't have to deal with it then. I will say though - if you don't have any glue allergies, I would recommend EyeLoveLash Note - there is a $17 tax on top of the Groupon read more

I had a pleasant experience here. I was a little nervous not knowing what to expect, but the place was nice, quiet, and clean. The back room had many tables to lie down on, and really bright lights overhead. The girl put tape under and above my eyes and I kept them closed. read more

Love this natural and full look. I have used several different technicians and all have done an amazing job each time! Everyone is so sweet and welcoming. They really make sure that you are happy before you leave the salon. Great response time and customer service as well!! I highly recommend. read more

Bought a livingsocial deal to try this joint out. I had the deal for 40 mink eyelashes and chose a longer length than what I was given. When you arrive, you will fill out a doc on their ipad and pay taxes and tip? I was confused on this part because I am used to tipping at the end but after my session, I went to the cashier and they told me I could go. Will this become my permanent go to for lashes? The customer service and efficiency were impressive but I was disappointed on the job. Shortly after leaving, I looked in the mirror again and noticed numerous lashes were going in all sorts of direction. This gave me the flashback of getting them done at Asheville at a sketchy apartment for double the price. Besides the lashes direction being off, there were a few lashes stuck to my forehead and cheeks. This was strange. I love the shape of my lashes and how it looked like from afar but they need improvement. A ton of the lashes fell off within days of my appointment. I have a fair share of experience with lashes to know what is good or not; they should not be falling off this fast. I also couldn't help but to notice how 40 per eye seemed much less than when I had 30 per eye done. read more

3.5 stars. They did a great job, were very friendly, and it was easy to schedule an appointment with them, but I'm only giving them a 3.5 instead of a 4 because they do not offer mixed lengths for lash extensions, which look more natural. read more

I bought a Groupon deal for this place. This was the first time I got lash extensions so I wasn't sure what to expect. When I arrived, they asked what I was looking for and showed me examples. I chose based on what their feedback was for a natural look. Then I was led into the main room and instructed to lay down and they put a comfortable blanket over my torso which was great. There was a guy who did the prep work such as putting some vaseline or something and tape around my eyes (I guess to make sure things came off easily around my lids?) and then a lady started working on the extensions. I felt some minor pokes here and there, but otherwise, it was relaxing because I fell asleep. When it was over, they handed me a mirror and they looked slightly off, but I attributed that to my weird eye shape since I have monolids with slight creases. I also felt like something was poking my lids but thought it was due to the glue still needing to dry. I figured it would be fine later. A few days passed and I still felt the poking and the lashes were sort of uncomfortable because they felt a bit heavy (I later found out there was an excess of glue in some areas when I went to another lash place and they removed some of the old extensions; they also told me the lashes were synthetic). Honestly it was my first experience so I was learning everything as it went. I think this place did an ok job. I can't say much to the lash type (mink or other materials) because I know nothing about this. The service was fine and the place was clean. However, I think I will continue to look for other places. read more

Never again!! I got a horrible reaction right after the lashes extensions, both eyeballs were injected. Especially my right eyeball was extremely painful and sore, it was even worse the next few day:( and I had to go see the doctor. (See ig. attach below) Poor customer service, I contacted the manager and they just kept asking me me go back and see them, so they can help me to do lash removal. Of course I refused, I was very upset and I don't want my eyeballs to get worst. When I asked him what kind the products he will use for removal, what ingredients is in the removal, does it contains any chemicals? He just never answered me back. Not cool! The reason why I got such bad injections on my eyeballs because after prewash, the guy literally just put vaseline and use the tape tape Christ cross under my eyes. And I felt how the tape kept pushing into my eyes during the extensions.the second reason is the lashes and adhesive they used makes my eyes feel puffy and heavy. For these of you who allergic to tape or any chemicals, I wouldn't recommend this place! read more

The staff at EyeLoveLash was very helpful. I got the deal on Groupon 80 mink lashes for 55$. When I walked in, the staff was very warming. The receptionist gave me a iPad to fill out my biographical information. Lily whom help me with my lashes explained to my about the length of the lashes and which curl I would like. I did the J curl with 11 length. She noted that it was an hr long procedure and I should use the bathroom if I needed to. When I entered the room, I laid down on the bed and lily put a blanket on me and began the works. During the procedure, Everything was going well. However, she did nick me three times during the procedure. After one hour and a half, I was finally done. Lily gave me more than 80 lashes. She told me she put 95 lashes on each eye to get a fuller look. She explained the aftercare as well and gave me a free brush. Good service, clean environment! I would come back here! read more

So I went to get my lashes done last night after getting a Groupon. They were pretty patient with me while I was debating length and style. Sometimes you worry about being treated different when you have a Groupon, but I didn't get those vibes here. You do have to pay a 10% tip ahead of time, and I gave her an extra tip on tip of that so she would feel less inclined to "slack" on my lashes, if you know what I mean. Sucks you have to do that, but that's the Groupon game sometimes. It was comfortable and clean (and quiet). We were given sanitizing spray for the bottom of our shoes (there was some for hands too). Ok... on to the real issues. While I was getting my lashes done though, I noticed that the technician spent a lot of time prying the lashes apart after the glue dried. So she would isolate my lash and place the extension, but released the tweezers far too quickly. So by the time she came back around to that area, multiple lashes were stuck together. This happened like every other lash. I would flinch or say ouch, but she still wouldn't let the glue dry for a second longer. I have a high pain threshold and didn't hurt too bad but as someone who does lashes myself, I could recognize the problem. The bigger problem for me...I chose the "cute" style, which is longer in the middle and shorter length in the inner and outer corners. My lashes all look the same length, and my left eye has even longer lashes in the outer corner than the right. And one long lash in the middle that I had to trim. Also there is a random white lash. Don't know how that happened. Good news is I didn't have much fallout on the first night. But I have wonky lashes and I don't even want to try to trim them because we know when you trim your lashes, they become blunt and busted basically I will post pics in this review when I can take them with some good lighting. For the Groupon price, it was decent. I prob won't return here again. read more

Needed my lashes done for a fundraiser GALA. Received mink lashes which took about an hour to apply. Few times I flinched my left eye because I felt adhesive and was very uncomfortable. When She showed me the end result it looked fine. A couple hours later my eyes swole up Entire night attempting to cover my face! not cool. Once i got to our hotel that night, I lifted my left eyelid just to see if I can find the source to all this swelling and peeling. There laid chunks of build up glue. Be careful ladies, and always ask what kind of glue they'll be using. read more

As an eyelash enthusiast, naturally, I have been getting lash extensions for over a year. I've been to at least 5 different lash studios and had countless technicians do my lashes. The one place that remains constant in NEVER disappointing me is EyeLoveLash. I can't say enough good things about this lash studio. Seriously!! Their lashes LAST. I've had lashes done where they are falling off within days. Not this place. They make the lashes look natural, they move quickly and the lashes last longer than any other lashes I've ever had. (I have naturally sort of shorter/thinner lashes too from always wearing falsies.) The process is about as comfortable as it gets during the application and they are good with scheduling. I waited a long time to make an informed review so take it from me! They are simply the best. Update: I'd like to warn ladies looking for a bargain and who are not totally comfortable spending well over $100 for seriously lasting QUALITY lashes, this is not the place for you. This is a place that's actually worth it if you are willing to spend for a great and lasting outcome. read more

I have mixed reviews about my experience. So for now I'll say...if you are a Groupon holder, this review is for you. I purchased a Groupon for $27 for 40 lashes for each eye. I wasn't even aware these lash place count the lashes. I always assumed they get you in and get you out looking fabulous at any cost. Now with Groupon when you pay the ticket value half goes to Groupon and the other half goes to the merchant-- so eyelovelash is only making $14.50 on my service UNLESS they can up sell me. So for an extra 10 or 20 dollars, cant remember but they try to upsell you extra 20 or 40 lashes. So here where the problem arises. I know good and well I don't have 40 lashes on each eye. I also know that my lash experience does not reflect the services they are capable of doing. I truly hope that by using their services that they would want to wow me but instead they were not willing to give me more than what their services was worth. so when I look at myself in the mirror I'm not pleased with the service. I received but when I look at how much I paid for this service I don't think they really cared whether I would like what I received or not and this is where I am conflicted. if you use a Groupon to drum up new business, if you want to attract returning customers, you have to give them your best service the first time and I felt that the service I received was crap now the reason why I'm also conflicted is because I don't want to throw the baby out with the bathwater. I'd love to try them again but if my first time coming to you... this is what you can offer me and you chose the price it's not my fault that you chose to sell your services for $27 when you're only taking home $14 but based on the service I received I can't guarantee that when I returned that I'm going to tip I can't even guarantee that when I return I'm going to recommend anybody else until I determine what they are capable of doing. Love coming here. Service is always impeccable! They offer great suggestions for picking out lashes that match your taste and face.

I never have a bad experience here.... it's definitely not dirty, the process definitely doesn't hurt, and the lashes definitely look good for the three weeks they are guaranteed too. I'm not sure who I speak to when I call but it seems to be the same girl every time and she's soooo cute and nice. Same with everyone when I walk in. Also, I get that it's New York and there are a lot of other places to choose that may be cheaper, but I come from Philadelphia to get my eyelashes done and in Philadelphia, the going rate for a new set is $300... so EyeLoveLash prices are totally fair in my opinion. I get longer lashes so you do need to always be brushing them (only once I was told that but my friends later told me and one time they gave me a brush) but so worth it. I get so many compliments on them. You really can customize your entire eyelash look, from the cut, the curl, the length, the type of lash, and the thickness. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! P.S- all technicians know what they're doing but I personally like Lily. read more

I have been a lot of Eyelash Salons and this is the worst experience. The technician kept plucking out my lashes and process was painful. They didn't ask me or show my the different length options and it was shorter then what I wanted. I payed for a 80pc and it looked like they face me a 40pc. I was very upset leaving the shop. This was a horrible experience. I would pass on this place. In response to the Salon about the discomfort, I did express that I was uncomfortable and asked if she was taking my eyelashes out. The first technician who removed my lashes was excellent but the second technician who applied the lashes did not use care. It is customary to have a consultation before the lashes are applied and the lengths were not shown to me. A number was described and I had to guess the length. I did call and express my disappointment but I chose not to go for fear of losing my real eyelashes. I hope you will keep this in mind for your other clients because you definitely lost one. read more

Granted, I was a bit skeptical of this place when I went to the 6th floor and the whole floor is being renovated and a sign pointing to the store. You walk in and it is def small. But there are 4 beds, so can accommodate a few simultaneous appointments. The guy at the counter was very nice. And then another woman greeted me and we discusses what kind of lash extensions I would like. I have never had this done, so I wanted to be conservative. I had a $70 50 mink lash service for $35, and oh they are featured in Time Out magazine, so you know they are legit. We decided on natural and normal length with a bit of curl. Another woman ended up doing my lashes. The table that we lay on is comfy and this service is so relaxing that I fell asleep. It was a nice 30 minute power nap. Nice soft Asian jazzy music playing and a quiet atmosphere. They were also able to charge my phone while I was getting this service. After 30 minutes, the service was done. Nice! No burning or irritation and now i have natural playful extensions. They also told me that I may need services every 2-3 weeks. So we will see. While I was there, I overhead a conversation with another client. Apparently, that client had her lashes done elsewhere and it was not a good job. So they didn't want to take her, asked her to come back when the lashes fell out. Wow they turned away business because of safety. I was impressed. Another woman only had an AmEx card and couldn't pay and they weren't bothered by it at all, she would just pay when she came back. They prefer CASH, will take other credit cards but not AmEx. So be prepared. This place is owned by Korean-Chinese. They said "Chinese people" in Korean and I understood and I said, "yes I am Chinese." And then they started speaking in Chinese to me. Giggly and bubbly. So cute. I will definitely be back for their services. They made me very welcomed and also very professional. This could be the start of another addiction, sigh I already have too many lol. read more

Perfect business name, because boy do I love my lashes! Went for my first time getting lashes done professionally yesterday using a Groupon, and I must say it was a good experience. You are greeted almost immediately when you walk in, and are asked to choose what type of lashes you want. From the shape, to the type of curve. I went for the 80 mink, sexy shape, G curve. I already have naturally full lashes but wanted more of a boost so I can rid myself of needing to put on mascara in the morning. You walk into a room that is filled with tables with girls being individually worked on simultaneously in a very cute and super relaxed atmosphere. I will say I was a bit taken back at first, but once I laid myself on the table it took me a full 2 minutes before I was so relaxed I damn near fell asleep. (The woman next to me was actually snoring, lol!) I am more than pleased with my final product and definitely expect to be back again. The staff is great, very friendly and aim to please. read more

I never write reviews, but this place deserved to have a 5-star rating! Definitely the BEST eyelash service I have ever received. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and fantastic at what they do. My eyelash extensions were expertly applied, with an 80 set, and the woman who did them even gave me a little extra to make sure I had a very beautiful and full look. I hardly write reviews unless it's really horrible or excellent. So here it is: A+ for service, cleanliness, lashes, and lash durability. The beds are clean with disposable linen and plastic guards to rest our feet/shoes. Also the space was sleek and modern. It was my friends first time getting eyelash extensions, so Vivian explained everything in detail and answered any questions my friend had. We both got 11mm gorgeous set of eyelashes and it looks great. I have monolids and my eyelashes are really straight and sparse. The gorgeous set of 80 mink eyelashes made my lashes look amazingly full and my eyes looked a lot bigger and brighter! Mina, my technician, applied my lashes with speed and skill. I am extremely happy with the result. I have a horrible sleeping habit and like to sleep on my face. It's been almost 1 and half weeks and my lashes are still in tact and looking fabulous. I haven't noticed major fall out besides a few lashes. Also, they were really accommodating since my friend and I went there for a pretty rushed appointment. Thank you! I got the 80 piece mink natural look- I would def try the other ones (my friends recommended the sexy and gorgeous) but I wanted to go with natural because it was my first time. Customized lashes: -You can pick 80,110 piece, etc. (I think 80 is enough but the more pieces the more dramatic) -There's 4 different types (natural, sexy, gorgeous, etc) . -Different lengths (8-10 more natural- I got the 11 and it was still natural - bueno) -Finally you can pick the type of curl- I wasn't exactly sure of the diff but I got the J and it turned out natural looking (still pretty!!) Place was clean and I almost fell asleep during the 2 hours- I def heard some other people snoring- too funny. Worth it- I really like the look and now I don't even think I need to wear eyeliner or makeup. Wake up looking fabulous! I recommend using cash. I don't know about you ladies, but I'm pretty lazy in the morning when it comes to makeup. That being said, I like to look presentable/alive when I go outside to take on the world .. which means that I like to have a little makeup on for backup :) Since I've moved to New York I've seen some pretty stylish people, I mean even in "sweats" running to grab a weekend coffee they look good! Anyways, the point is I wanted a shortcut to looking good which lead to this mathematical equation: Hate taking off mascara + No time to do Makeup in the AM = Eyelash Extensions I know, I know, I'm brilliant :) I was pretty nervous at first about having someone dabbling with my precious lashes, but after talking with a couple friends who get them regularly I figured I'd give it a go. I found an awesome deal on Groupon for EyeLoveLash where you could get a full set of natural mink lashes (50 pieces per eye) for $35.00. Once I got there the lady asked me what style I wanted which included Glam, Sexy, or Cute .. yeah I know, decisions decisions :) I opted for "Glam" and 1.5 hours later after having my eyelids taped shut & all sorts of crazy thoughts running through my head about what I was going to look like .. I was introduced to my new lashes! I'll let the before & after pictures do the talking. I absolutely loved how my lashes turned out, & they were definitely noticeable while still giving a very natural non-Nikki Minaj vibe. The lady who did my extensions was very gentle, & even added in some additional lashes free of charge to make sure I had an even look. The lashes lasted for almost an entire month without requiring any mascara. One of my eyes lost the lashes at a faster rate that the other eye so I added a little mascara & it looked totally fine. The first two days I had my lashes I washed my face with a damp towel as to avoid water coming into contact with my eyes. In the first 3 weeks that I had my lashes the only additional makeup that I wore was tinted moisturizer, bronzer, & blush. Once I started to notice a few of the eyelashes had fallen off I used a little eyeshadow & mascara. The only problem with using additional eye makeup is that makeup remover & cotton balls/wipes sometimes catch the lashes & pull them off. Therefore, I tried to be really careful when taking off any additional eye makeup & made sure not to use an oil based makeup remover. read more

These service is not good, lashes fall off quickly plus be warned, they are discriminatory to people esp BIPOC who use Groupn, they try to get the tip before service which makes no sense, and it is not listed anywhere on their website or as a policy which is a legal case waiting to happen. Super late review. I came here through a Groupon deal. Their service was superb! I got 40 lashes for like $30 dollars. They charge you a $6 service fee, but the lash techs were so helpful and did such a nice job, I tipped the lady an extra $12. I'm so happy they offered this deal because I would not have known about them otherwise. It's been over a month and my lashes are still intact! so shocked! Of course most of them fell off but nothing a little mascara can't fix lol. It shows they use really sturdy glue. I also have very sensitive skin, and irritation was a concern of mine, but I'm glad to say it all went perfectly! I will definitely be going back to get my lashes done! The receptionist was very professional, the lady who did do my lashes finished quickly and they came out so nice .

I've been coming here for almost a year now and I've never had a bad experience until my last visit. I normally have all my appointments near 12pm-2pm but this one time I had work in the morning but it was my last day for a touch up so I placed an appointment for 6pm. So i lay down on the bed per usual, and I just finished working so I doze off. The one thing I am afraid of, every time i visit, is that the technician will pull too hard and end up pulling out one of my natural lashes and this woman did just that. The instant pain jolted me out of my sleep and she didn't even utter a sorry. Thats when the rest of the service began spiraling downhill. I was wearing lipstick that day and never had I had a technician do anything near my mouth. But she managed to swipe my lips several times. & When applying lashes to the opposite eye she would rest her hand on my eyelid, which also never happened before. It wasn't painful but all my previous experiences were so delicate and peaceful, nobody wants to have a hand resting on their eyeball while theyre tryna sleep. THEN she began talking/yelling above my head with another male technician. To other people in the room it wouldnt be considered yelling but she was couple centimeters near my ear. Seriously? Then when she was done she lifted my shoulders off the bed and basically tried to kick me out. She didnt apply the liquid that they normally do at the end and she didn't even pull out the caddy underneath the bed she just said bye and continued her conversation with her colleague. All the times before if technicians were talking they whispered and made sure the experience was peaceful. The service should be consistent because there are many other places that will glue fake hair onto your natural lashes for way cheaper. Overall this place is good. I just hope you never encounter the technician I had. read more

I've been a loyal (albeit intermittent) ELL customer for almost 7 years now! I get lashes maybe once a year for special occasions. It's so nice to have a business with consistent, reliable service. Whenever I go, I love my results. I even had a situation a few visits ago where my eye got irritated and they were very professional, with great customer service, taking off the whole set the following day and allowing me to come back in a week or two to have it replaced free of charge. In the 10 or so times I've been there, I've had an issue only once. That's a pretty good track record! Plus, they often have great promotions which I highly recommend you take advantage of! Seriously though, their mink lashes are so realistic looking and if you take good care of them (i.e. avoid getting them wet/diry ((makeup) as much as possible, brushing out twice a day) they could last up to 6 weeks!! I highly recommend! read more
