I waited half an hour the first time I went to get my phone repaired because the tech was gone far longer than what was posted on the door AND lied about when he would be available to work that day when I spoke to him on the phone the day before. Almost 30 days after I got my screen fixed, the bottom half stopped working. I went back so I could get it fixed due to the "30 day guarantee", and again the tech WAS NOT THERE. I waited for almost 2 hours. This guy must take 3 hour lunches. So I had to go another company that did a way better job and was more professional. Also cheaper! I came in with an lgG5 with a broken screen. They said they didn't have the screen in stock, but with a 50% deposit, they would order it and repair the screen for roughly $100. I decided to pay in full, they ordered the screen, a few days later, they called tellibg me that they received it. I droped my phone off at noon on Saturday. They said it'll be done within an hour or two. About two hours later, I picked up my phone. It looked great. They didn't have a replacement plate, but they estimated a $50 repair once the part arrived. One week later they called, the plate arrived. I finally did it. I dropped my iPad and smashed the glass. The iPad worked fine but only if you didn't mind glass cuts. I had noticed iRepairs had opened up near the Starbucks in the Smith's shopping center near Paseo & Golf Course and went there. I was met by the proprietor and given an immediate estimate. $129 and one and a half hour later, my iPad was as good as new. It's a family business and customer service seems to be their thing. I am writing regarding the location at golf course. I took an ipad in for a screen repair on Sept 22nd. They informed me they would have to order the screen and I would pay 1/2 down so I did. I did not leave the ipad until the screen came in about 2 weeks later. I was informed that it would be ready in about 3 days. I was called October 23rd the person repairing it says it's the wrong screen and they would need to order the right one and it would cost more. It would be in, in a few days and then would be repaired a few days later. We had a snow storm Oct 23/27. They claim the shipment for my screen was lost in transit due to the snow storm so they had to file a claim and reorder the screen. All I asked is that they communicate with me but that was too hard. I had to call a few days later to see if the shipment was in for the replacement of the replacement. They said they ordered it and it should be here the sunday or monday before Thanksgiving. I informed them I would call Monday to ensure delivery and arrange pickup. I have not been able to get in contact with them since. I cannot call they never answer, they are never open. As of this morning the number is not in service. This is my childrens ipad they had just gotten and by no fault of their own the screen cracked. The reviews for this place were good at the time. Little did I know the management had switched. I have never been able to speak with management and never gotten a call back. It is always me having to call ( they rarely answer) or I have to stop in but they haven't been there in at least 2-2.5 weeks. I have been waiting since September! read more

This review is way overdue! But it is nonetheless still relevant! Let me take it back to September of 2015, where on my birthday, I had dropped my iPad mini. This time was the last time apparently that I was able to drop it and my screen shattered and left me speechless. Being super frustrated, I contacted my friends and saw what places they recommenced back in New Mexico because that was where I was going to be in a couple months. They recommended this location and I made an appointment when I got there. iRepairs Wireless got me in and was finished with my iPad at the end of the day. They were apparently backed up that day so I wasn't able to get it within 2 hours or whatever they had told me. I was slightly bothered because I was not sure when they were going to be done so I spent my day driving around the West Side. But nonetheless it was finished and I was happy with the result. But what I appreciated about their business is the fact that when I had brought my iPad back with me to Omaha, the screen began to lift. It worried me and I contacted them and they told me they could fix that with no charge when I got back to New Mexico. When I got back again, they fixed it with no charge as they promised and me being super picky noticed some lint which is the best way I could describe it on the screen and they took care of it immediately! That in my eyes is a good business. They dealt with my extreme pickiness and they did it in a timely manner. They were professional and I appreciated it that. I brought in a Samsung Tab S 10.5 because the charging port wouldn't accept the charger cord anymore. They ordered the part and a week later it was in. I brought it in for the repair and asked the young man there if there was any soldering involved in changing the charging port. He told me there was one solder joint. Come to find out there isn't any soldering involved for this repair. They changed the charging port and I picked up the tablet. Brought it home and the tablet didn't work. A professional would check the operation of the unit after a repair and before releasing it to the customer. This place didn't bother. Brought it back, left it there, and they "fixed" it again. He told me he left had left a connection loose, but cleaned it & secured it this time. Shouldn't that have been done the first time? A week or two later the charging was suddenly very slow and the battery drainage extremely fast. That was new. One of the young men there told me it needs a new battery. No diagnosis, no hookup to any instruments, just "diagnosing" by symptoms. So I bought a battery and brought it in to have them replace the battery. They replaced the battery and I picked up the tablet. Brought it home, and the touchscreen didn't respond to touch at all. Now this is the 2nd recall on a "repair" they did. Brought it back. The kid there took it apart (again) and told me he accidentally got a ribbon cable caught when he reassembled the housing. What? Again no checking if the unit works after a repair? He "fixed" it again. (By the way, I've since opened this now dead tablet, and there's no way a cable could get caught while reassembling the housing. Unless one end of the ribbon cable wasn't connected). I asked, "Is it charging normally now?" He assured me it was. Not willing to drive all the way home and find out (again) that it's not working, I suggested we wait 10 minutes on his charger and see if, indeed, it is charging. 10 minutes later, no, it wasn't charging. It overheated and stopped charging. The kid then said "It's probably the motherboard." Another "diagnosis" based on total guesswork! Do they train these kids for 2 weeks and let them loose on my $500 tablet? I was an HVAC tech for 25 years and these kind of "technicians" we called Parts Changers. They'll change one part, if that doesn't work, change another part. All based on guesswork. No meters, no diagnostic tests, just guesswork. Worthless technicians that cost the customers much more money and possibly ruined equipment. He refunded the $45 labor money for changing the battery, but now my 3 year old, $500 tablet is unusable, totally dead. Maybe this place is OK for changing a cracked screen on a phone, but anything beyond that, I say stay away. read more

Don't go here!! Brought a phone here for a new battery and screen. Battery worked for about a month and then would drain after about 20 minutes. Tried to bring it in for a repair and didn't have an iPhone 6+ battery in stock. Which is probably a good thing. Ended up bringing it to the kiosk in the mall and they said that this place didn't even install it correctly. My boyfriend broke the LCD on his iPhone 6+ a few months ago. A couple weeks ago I brought it to iRepairs and they fixed both the LCD/Glass and camera on his phone. They even threw in the tempered glass for free! It's a shame they couldn't do anything for my boyfriend's water damaged iPhone 5c, but they tried changing the battery 3 different times, and they told me the motherboard was dead. These guys are amazing techs, First thing is that the phone was fixed faster than they told me. The price to fix the screen and digitizer on LG G3 was $180 which is about the going rate. The customer service was also amazing everyone was very nice and wanting to help. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars, after they fixed my screen I had them throw on tempered glass cover which I didn't buy from them and they charged me $5. As many others have said, iPhone screen/LCD for a little more than $90.00 which included the tax. Fast polite service. There was a home button problem also and they explained clearly how there could be problems with that, but fortunately my granddaughter had not been using touch ID. They did fasten the button back in the phone to keep dust out and she continues to use on-screen ID. The phone is working great. I could not be more pleased and will go back with another phone and a tablet to get the other two granddaughters straightened out. First I want to say this: This is the BEST price in town to get your phone fixed (mine is a Samsung Galaxy S4). I have recommended iRepairs to a lot of my friends/family and will continue to do so. The services is great, the people are friendly and the repairs are quick (about 2 hours if you are getting the UV cured adhesive). They also have a warranty, so if something isn't working right after they have worked on it (other then you breaking the screen again), they will look at it again for free. Now on to why I have given them only 3 stars. The replacement glass that is used is EXTREMELY cheap, brittle and fragile. I have had 1 phone (samsung galaxy s4) and one iphone (s5) fixed by them and both times they have cracked again after barley anything happened to them. 1) I was tying my shoe on a thick, carpeted floor, about 3 inches from the ground. Phone slipped from my hand (once again about 3 inches from the ground) and cracked. Similar thing happened with the iphone.I have also had people who I referred to them tell me the same thing. So, while this is the best price in town to get your phone fixed, the fact that the replacement glass is so fragile is not worth it to me. I watched several videos and, after much stressing and panicking, I replaced the screens myself. Works just as well, and I only paid $5.00 for the replacement kit on Ebay, rather than the $80-$100, iRepairs charges. Now that being said, if you do not want to risk damaging your phone or just do not want to do it yourself, by all means go to iRepairs. If their replacement glass wasn't so cheap I would go back to them in a heartbeat. read more

Though this shop isn't officially open, yet, the owner kindly and attentively helped me when I got through to him on an out-of-date Craigslist ad. The ad omitted that the opening of the shop still was a couple of weeks away! I called him, and he met me at his shop.The battery of an old iphone 3Gs - which was not holding a charge - had basically exploded in its casing, and he changed it quickly and charged it up for me while I went to lunch. He was amiable and nice to chat with while I waited. Sadly, the phone isn't working well, but it may be too old to try anything else. I had the same problem as others listed. I have NEVER broken my screen before after owning a iPhone for years. I accidentally dropped my phone. My husband brought it in and asked for a repair and screen protector. At the time, the screen protector bubbled. The technician tried to smooth it out by pressing on it. Told him it would soften and should adhere after some time. I noticed a fine line crack across my screen just happened to start where the screen did not seal. I brought the phone in and got the same lip service about it being "damaged" so it's not covered. My phone is in pristine condition and the screen protector never cracked. I was told it could be a defective screen but was not offered anything other than 10 dollars off. DO NOT USE this business. Shame on you for not doing the right thing. Very disappointed. read more

After breaking the screen of my shiny new IPhone 5s, I went to 2 other places before going to IRepair, since it was on the other side of town, but I finally called them on the phone and they estimated and $85 repair. This was $50 less then the Apple Store and $10 less than another place I tried. I took my phone and simply filled out a short form. They told me that it would be about an hour and that they would call my uncle's phone when it was done. We went to the mall and after around 25 minutes they called us and told us that it was ready to be picked up. I was surprised because it hadn't even been half an hour. Nonetheless I was super excited and went to pick up my phone. It looked flawless, like it had never even been used before. They even put my case back on for me. With tax my order came up to $91, but it was well worth the money spent. read more
