I've contacted many phone repair stores and to my surprise they told me that they were not able to fix the s9+ because it was too advanced for them and they didn't know how. PCS HQ got the job done though! I had my s9+ fixed at PCS HQ about a few weeks ago. Today I dropped my phone in water. I was devastated. I told myself my phone was gone for. I thought I had to spend another $1000 on a brand new s9+. I picked my phone out of the water and I clicked the power button.. my phone was still in perfect working condition! My SIM card was still detected, my volume and Bixby button worked and my speakers and microphone functioned perfectly! They fixed it so brilliantly, I feel like I just unboxed a brand new Samsung s9+. I am so happy right now :) Great job PCS HQ!!!!!!!!!!!!! You guys are the real professionals when it comes to phone repairs and the master of Samsung Galaxy electronics! read more

Always a pleasure to go somewhere that charges fair rates, good customer service and shows full transparency on a repair. I have gone to PCS HQ for at least 20 years for minor repairs and accessories. I recommend them. read more

My dad took my iPad and my sisters Samsung tablet here to get repaired and they did excellent work and the price was very reasonable

The technician was great solving the problem with the home button on my iPhone . I gave him 5 stars +. This definitely will be my store.

I drop my phone all the time, and it's never broken before... until it did. The screen didn't look cracked so I wasn't entirely sure what the issue was, but in a panic I took it to the nearest phone repair store to me - PCS HQ. They took my phone and immediately knew what was wrong with it (what sorcery is this?), gave me a quote, and let me know how soon it could be fixed. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes, and back at the store to pick up my phone in less than 2 days. My phone is working as good as new, and I couldn't have asked for a better first time experience with fixing my phone. I'd come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend! read more

Bring my iPhone in for minor repair, they broke my Face ID connection, the screen they replaced freezes 1/2 of the time

WARNING! -10 STARS Had a cracked screen on iPhone 6 Plus. Everything worked on phone. Just had a crack in glass. They put their replacement screen on and phone stopped working with touch. They told me it needs a touch chip, even tho with cracked screen it was working fine. I paid the extra 150$ for a total of 263.27 (as seen in bank statement below for proof)to do repair they recommended. After about a week I talked to Charlie and he says he took my phone (unauthorized by me) (phone contains all my personal information) to another shop so he can get a second opinion to see why he can't figure it out. where Phone completely stopped working and would no longer turn on. They did a botched repair and couldn't fix what they did. They said we will refund your money and they gave me my phone back in 30 pieces in a ziplock bag. They NEVER offered to leave the screen on it, that's why they made me wait to as they disassembled my phone to resell the screen. MY COMPLETE PHONE I TOOK PCSHQ IN ONE WORKING PIECE WITH A CRACKED SCREEN WAS RETURNED TO ME WITHOUT ANY SCREEN IN A BAG WITH all the screws loose and mixed up along with all the other parts the disassembled. SEE PIC BELOW THIS CAN HAPPEN TO YOU! IMPORTANT .... they speak perfect English unless they don't want you to hear what they are saying about the botched job they did. After the person that did the repair, told Charlie the repair was not working in English, Charlie insisted they speak Korean to hide the truth from me. Charlie speaks english well enough that he can be transparent with a customer and the customers concern for their expensive phone, In my opinion he can't be trusted, and IN my opinion is it's a very, shady business practice and disingenuous. read more

My Apple Watch screen has popped out and I went to the Apple store in Brea and they said the whole unit would need to get sent out and changed and it would be 329 dollars because it was out of warranty, I told them I would think about it to see whether I should fix it or pay a couple hundred more and just get a new watch. I saw PCS HQ on Yelp and I decided to go in because of their great reviews. He put new adhesive on the watch and only charged me $25! Charlie has great service and is definitely running a great business and I can see why he has so many good reviews. Will definitely be a customer now! read more

Needed the charging port replaced on my wife's iPhone 8+, I watched the usual youtube videos to see if this was something I could handle, after watching what looked like the removal of hundreds of micro screws I decided this was the job for the experts. I sent a quote request and received an answer in less than 30 minutes. Stopped by the store around noon, the technician throughly checked out the phone and verified it was indeed the charging port. The phone was taken apart in front of me, it was actually fun to watch, dozens and dozens of screws, all different sizes carefully laid out in order, one of the technicians carefully explained what each part was and answered all of my questions. In less than 45 minutes the phone was repaired and now charges properly, I will definitely use and recommend this store for personal electronic repair or service! read more

I had a great experience here today. I brought in my wife's phone that was not responding and they ran a diagnostic on the phone to determine the problem. At first we thought it maybe the battery however it turned out to be a motherboard issue. This would be very costly to repair and not worth it. May as well get a new phone. They were very upfront and direct about everything and they gave great customer service. I will definitely recommend them and we'll come back for any other phone repair needs in the future. Glad I found this place. Thank you. read more

I've know Charlie for years! He's the best. He fixed my cracked iPhone screen. My phone looks brand new again. Thanks Charlie!

Once again, stellar service and a fair price! Sent my son in with a severely cracked screen on his iPhone SE. And he reported back a flawless transaction. As expected. Each and every time I've used PCS HQ's services I've been pleased. They are friendly, knowledgeable, competent, efficient, and fair. I couldn't ask for more from a business. And it's worth mentioning that if they don't think there's a strong likelihood of a successful repair, or if the repair is clearly not cost effective, they will tell you. Thank you PCS HQ! read more

I brought my iPhone 7+ in to have the camera replaced. The CEO, Charlie was super professional and nice (even funny)! I found PCS on Yelp. I emailed for a quote on a screen replacement for an iPhone X and a new glass screen protector. Charlie responded quickly with a quote. We went in today. Charlie was great. We ended up with a refurbished OEM screen, 2 new glass protectors. My husband brought his iPad that has a small crack. Charlie recommenced that he wait since it was such a small crack on the glass protector. We left our phones ran an errand and Charlie was finished with our phones before we got back. Great experience! Charlie was great! So nice to have someone be honest and not try to sell you something that you don't need. read more

Eric was great! He replaced the iPhone screen and the camera glass cover. I recommend PCS HQ.

Eric might be a quiet guy, but he's a good worker. I brought my iPhone X and a new battery in so that it could be replaced. I was in there for maybe 20-30 minutes, and I was out with a new battery installed! Give it a try. read more

BEWARE!! I had them replace the LCD on my Samsung galaxy note 5 last December 22, 2016 and charge me for $329 plus tax. The technician and owner assured me that it will be replaced with an OEM Samsung galaxy Note 5 LCD. I know it's a little bit pricey but it was fair enough because I'm getting the original part and not after market plus I get a 30 day warranty. A few days later several purple spots showed up on the right bottom corner on my phone. So I decided to take it today January 3, 2017 to have them repair or replace it because it looks like a defective LCD. The tech and the owner visually inspect and notified me that they CAN NOT give me the 30 day warranty because it was a physical damage that I made with the phone thru pressure that I apply when I put it in my pocket. I asked the owner how could that be if you had it installed an OEM part... if that's the case all Samsung galaxy note 5 will have similar issue with me. I believe that they didn't replace an OEM part. Tech and owner most likely misled me believing that they put in an OEM LCD... all I wanted was to have them replace it and if not give me a refund so I can take my phone somewhere else to have it repair but the owner just ignore my reasoning and insisting that it does not cover the 30 day warranty.... Note.... a lady came in to have her phone fix ... they told her that she needed a sd card. They sold her a 16gb SD card for $19.99 and additional $30 to transfer all info and her pictures to new SD Card.. This just show how they run this business... BEWARE!! read more

Fast, great service. Really friendly and fair prices. This is my first time getting a phone repaired so I don't have any other experiences to compare this to, but all the other customers in the store said nothing but good things about them. Lots of repeat customers. One guys came in to pick up his phone but it wasn't ready so the worker even offered to drop the phone off at the guy's house. Above and beyond service like that makes a huge difference in my book. Highly recommend this place. read more

The service was not only fast but it was filled with a lot of costumer interaction and I got a lot of my questions answered. The service was great as he explained to me about different types of screens thats out there and why the prices differ from different places. Response to business' reply: First off, I never said anyone personally offered me a discount for a perfect five-star review. I said the store offers CUSTOMERS. Plus, no one needed to physically say anything. There's a list of all the different discount offers depending on the platform the customer gives the social media review on (e.g., Facebook, Yelp) at the counter right in front of where the customer is sitting, which again, is an unethical business practice, especially if the business isn't transparent (and lies when confronted) about it. Second, no one offered me anything at no cost. You would've thought that the customer before me who got into a large argument with the owner would have gotten his repair fix for free the second time, but no, his card was charged at the end. No one gave me any offers or any solution to my problem. I don't have much time on the weekends, so I didn't want to run around to another repair store, so I was the one who asked first to get it repaired again WITH PAY and that's when the owner told me it was really busy today and I had to pick it up on Monday (I'm not in town during the weekends) and that's when I left. So it's a nice try with customer service, replying to users on Yelp and only offering me free service AFTER I damaged the business' false image, but if you're full of lies, why even try? read more

My phone has been cracked for 2 months and after cutting and bruising my poor fingers (and the agony of not seeing clearly what i was posting on instagram) I decided to finally get it fixed. I went to a few places and the average price that they gave me was $150 plus i had to leave my phone there for a day. I decided instagram could wait...until by brother cracked his phone as well and found PCS HQ near his house. I got my iphone cover fixed for $100 and LCD screen for $20 and it took less then 20 minutes. The person who fixed my phone (the owner i think?) told me he already repaired 30 phone covers that day. It seems like it was a family business and everyone was very friendly. They give you a stamp card and if you get 3 repairs they give you 15% off the third repair. They know what they are doing and seem to go out of their way to get parts or accessories that your individual phone may need. Anyway I got my phone and my friend's phone and mine fixed in a matter of minutes. They are open until 7pm weeknights. I also got a temper glass cover for my phone. I love it. its supposed to withstand a beating even from a hammer (they showed me a clip on youtube) well worth the money in my opinion and it makes your screen so clear! Great Establishment! now if you will excuse me I have a few months of instagraming to catch up on. Happy Yelping. read more

This place is horrible. Very unfriendly, even though I called ahead and explained clearly what needed to be done, when I got there, he told me he needed to do more than what was discussed, saying he needs to charge much more than what he quoted me on the phone. It was a simply putting back the cover. What a crook! I will never go back to this place. Maybe it was just the wrong guy when I went but he was trying to charge me for everything. He couldn't even fix the problem, I actually did the fixing myself while I was there. I basically paid him money to use his tweezer for 5 minutes. Still he managed to charge me 35 bucks for it. Messed up. While making it sound like he was doing me a favor. This guy was a Chinese guy in his late 50s probably. I would look elsewhere for your repair needs before coming here. read more

Went here to fix my iPhone 5 screen that wasn't responding to touch, they changed it and paid $100 to repair it. They were kind people, friendly to me and my little daughter, said they do quality control tests when they fix stuff. Screen was working fine after that, they had to change like 3 screens for it to work. Later that night noticed the camera wouldn't focus on text close up, which I never had issues with before (since I use it often). Went back the next day hoping they would be just as kind and take responsibility since clearly camera wasn't working, they said it wasn't their fault and would charge me another $50 to repair that camera. Didn't replace the camera, don't want to give this place more business since it seems to be their responsibility. They wouldn't even give a discount or try to help us out. Won't be going here again. read more

*THIS BUSINESS AND THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE ALL HONEST, INTELLIGENT, HARD-WORKING PEOPLE WHO ARE ON THE CUSTOMER'S SIDE!* Prior to walking into the business I called to find out the starting rate for fixing an iphone screen, and mine was, well, let's just say it was the worst broken screen I have ever seen. Charlie answered and gave me the flat rate of $59 (which is so far the lowest price I have come upon) and politely insisted I come see him. When I went in to get my iphone fixed for the 2ND time (Yeah, I'm clumsy) Charlie greeted me with a friendly demeanor and stopped what he was doing to assess the damage on my phone. He pointed out exactly what was wrong and promised me a 30 min. time frame. When I came back he was a lot less happy than when I first came to him. Why? Because he was upset he had not been able to hit the 30 min. deadline and it was only because the person who had "fixed" my iphone the first time had done such a shoddy job he had to replace some things that had been taken out and never put back in. He explained every detail as to the mistakes that were made from the first repair and what he did differently this time around to make my phone the best it could be. After all the extra work and parts he had to put back into it he still insisted only the original $59 flat rate as he had initially promised. He EVEN noticed I had found him on Yelp and went out of his way to apply the discount that is offered if you use their ad. He also insisted that I get a better cover for my phone (smart guy) and helped me pick one out, that was also very affordable for being a fashionable, heavy-duty case that now protects my phone from a rock slide if it should ever happen. I will be returning to him again if ever I need electronic repair, as well as sending him all my family and friend's business if they should need it too. Go see him! read more
