Beyond excellent service. Galaxy s2. Broken LCD screen. I was quoted 209. Came in with old broken iPhone. Wanted to sell it and get the difference. It was appraised at about 11 dollars and he gave me 20 dollars for it. My phone was repaired on the same day and he even waited for me to pick it up even though it was close to closing time. When I picked up the phone he gave me a phone case and screen protector (applied flawlessly) for free. I was very pleased with the service and highly recommend this place for repairs. Updated review! The phone screen that they used on my phone completely separated from itself. The LCD is now messed up and my entire front part of my screen is falling off of my actual phone. They claimed to have used high quality products....but then why is my screen separated?! It's as if the glue that held the two parts together just lost it's adhesiveness. Don't come here if you don't want a defective screen, they won't even fix it because I'm out of warranty even though it's their screen that broke on me. I've never had this problem with any other screen fixing company. The front screen started separating a month after I had my phone fixed and Friday I dropped my phone (with a case and everything) on CARPET and the entire front screen popped off! The glass on my phone isn't broken anywhere so you know that it's the entire screen they used on my phone that is defective and not just me dropping it. Not good customer service at all. ------------------------------------------ UPDATED REVIEW 7/22/16 Jason fixed my phone screen for $50 with a refurbished phone screen, didn't charge me for labor costs! Professional quality if you can afford the professional price. My phone was broken once, I went to a mall and used the repair service there, the phone was fixed but broken again shortly after the repair service at the mall fixed it. Now, compare to those services at the mall, PCS HQ has three times the quality of service, they will fix your phone quickly, and make it good as new. However, they also charge three times more price than those crappy repair service at mall. read more

This place is AWESOME!! I never even knew this place was here. My wife dropped her Samsung 6 outside and cracked the screen. I Googled screen repair and this place popped up with excellent reviews. Combined with excellent yelp reviews and a recommendation from AT&T store I called them up. Unfortunately this happened Wed. Before thanksgiving. They just sold the last 2 screens but they ordered the screens arrived the next day, and they installed it. Awesome service. This has to be the hidden GEM in Orange county for mobile phone repair. The screen for my s7 edge cracked and was completely unusable. After doing some research I decided to take my phone here for repair. As soon as I got there I was welcomed by a store employee. It wasn't long until I had my phone repaired right in front of me. I have to say Jason and the employees here really have great customer service. The repair did not take long at all and Jason took the time to verify the phone was fully functional. The phone looks just like I had it before the screen cracked. They have a nice selection of cases and accessories at the store as well so I made sure I did not leave my phone unprotected. Jason and the staff here are very knowledgeable and I definitely will be coming back here for any future mobile device repairs. read more

Had my phone repaired in May for at this place and immediately it didn't work. Took it back and they put in another new screen. About a month ago the glass started popping out. They said it's past their 30 day warranty and nothing they can do about it. I guess that's the catch, just keep buying new phone screens every few months. read more

My husband and I went in yesterday to get the microphone on his iPhone fixed. Charlie did all the work in front of us, he was fair on his price (around $65 while apple was going to charge $300), and was very friendly. It took only 20 minutes, if that.
