A year ago, I cracked my screen and had to get my screen replaced. They were super fast and the price was very reasonable; I was so grateful! Almost a year later, my screen stopped being responsive. So I went to visit them and because I ALWAYS provide some history on my electronics if something seems off, I just mentioned that I had my screen replaced by them a year ago. They looked at my phone immediately and fixed the issue with no charge--AMAZING. I was so grateful for their customer service. However, they were a little bit defensive when I mentioned that the screen had been replaced by them a year ago. It seems like they took it as me accusing them of something, when I was really just providing information. I would have given them five stars, but took out a star for making me feel uncomfortable. read more

Jason was extremely helpful. Repaired my cracked iPhone7 screen right in front of me, applied a seamless and no bubble screen protector, and charged me at a reasonable price all in less than a half-hour. Awesome service highly recommended! read more

Beyond excellent service. Galaxy s2. Broken LCD screen. I was quoted 209. Came in with old broken iPhone. Wanted to sell it and get the difference. It was appraised at about 11 dollars and he gave me 20 dollars for it. My phone was repaired on the same day and he even waited for me to pick it up even though it was close to closing time. When I picked up the phone he gave me a phone case and screen protector (applied flawlessly) for free. I was very pleased with the service and highly recommend this place for repairs. Definitely will come again if needed. read more

Very professional and personable business. Everyone here is very friendly, knowledgeable and fast. I have brought two different phones here to get fixed. Their prices are reasonable and fixed my phones without any problems afterwards. They went far and beyond when it came to service, added extras and were very very nice. I brought my daughter there to fix her phone and she won't go anywhere else now! =) read more

These guys know what they are doing! They said they could UNLOCK my phone, and they did!!! Other places tried but were unsuccessful. Francisco and Charlie assisted me with great customer service. They also let me bring my dog in to their shop. I just couldn't leave him in the car (It was a very hot day). read more

Professional quality if you can afford the professional price. My phone was broken once, I went to a mall and used the repair service there, the phone was fixed but broken again shortly after the repair service at the mall fixed it. Now, compare to those services at the mall, PCS HQ has three times the quality of service, they will fix your phone quickly, and make it good as new. However, they also charge three times more price than those crappy repair service at mall. read more

I was helped by Charlie today, he was very fast and friendly. I like that they offer authentic iPhone screens for repairs. Thank you for my beautifully polished new screen Charlie! read more

Had my phone repaired in May for at this place and immediately it didn't work. Took it back and they put in another new screen. About a month ago the glass started popping out. They said it's past their 30 day warranty and nothing they can do about it. I guess that's the catch, just keep buying new phone screens every few months. read more

This place is AWESOME!! I never even knew this place was here. My wife dropped her Samsung 6 outside and cracked the screen. I Googled screen repair and this place popped up with excellent reviews. Combined with excellent yelp reviews and a recommendation from AT&T store I called them up. Unfortunately this happened Wed. Before thanksgiving. They just sold the last 2 screens but they ordered the screens arrived the next day, and they installed it. Awesome service. I hope to never have to replace a screen again but I know where to go if I do. read more

Well it been almost 4 years later and another cracked screen. This time with my LG G4. Decided to fork out the funds and head over to PCSHQ for the repair. Charlie is still friendly, knowledgeable, and noticed their service has continued to improve considerably. I watched Charlie take apart my G4 like it was the only model he worked on. During the service, he even passed the remainder of service to his associate to finish the job (it was his desk). They worked together like a well trained pit crew. When all was said and done, my screen looked and functioned as if it was day one. Lastly they had this waterproofing machine which treated phones to make them water resistant. I may be going back to have this service done for my wife's phone which currently not water resistant but still risks having it poolside. I recommend any home owner with a pool to inquire about this service. read more

After running over my cellphone (please don't ask) I yelped a cellphone repair spot close to home. I came in and Charlie replaced my phone screen in less than 30 mins. On the way to work I noticed my earpiece was muffled, I came back the next day and he replaced the earpiece for FREE. Good guy and stands by product. Hope to never come here again, but if my cellphone messes up I will definitely be coming here! read more

My Nextdoor neighbors recommended this place. I looked them up and read the Yelp reviews and decided that this is the place I want to go to get my phone fixed. I came to PCS HQ to fix my IPhone 6 Plus cracked screen on 3/3/18. Brayan did an excellent job and was really nice, knowledgeable, quick, and thorough. I was really happy with the service. Low and behold I cracked my screen again and returned to PCS HQ to get my IPhone 6 Plus fixed on 3/24/18. I was so mad at myself for dropping my phone again especially when I just got it fixed earlier in the month! To my surprise they offer their customers the Accidental Screen Damage Protection which is a 1 year protection/50% off your next repair. I was so ecstatic because instead of paying 100% which I expected to pay, I got 50% off! I can attest that PCS HQ is the best place to go. They are very knowledgeable, quick, and care for their customers needs. I highly recommend them to everyone! read more
