I was initially impressed with them and their kindness and helpfulness. They helped me with my 5s in late July, but this past week I had an iPhone 6s Plus issue and they were one of the more expensive people to quote me, though as a returning customer they said they'd give me 10% off, but even then they were still pretty high. I don't know maybe I'll consider them again for other stuff, but not my main place. Needed my iPhone 6 Plus screen fixed and these guys offered a free tempered glass screen cover with check in so I decided to see how much services would be. Got charged $116 for a glass digitizer and LCD repair replacement screen + labor costs + sales tax and they fixed everything in front of you as well as place the screen cover on afterwards. Took less than 10 minutes which meant I could have gone during my lunch break and still had time left over to eat. Five stars for professionalism, quality products, and customer service. Just Got my iPhone 6 fixed today. My phone screen was completely shattered- as in there were shards of glass getting stuck to my face each time i would call- and after a while my display completely gave up on me and i was stuck with a phone with a black and broken screen. I went there today as a walk in and was greeted by two friendly workers. I got the refurbished screen and paid 92 dollars which is great because they were able to do the job well in a quick timely manner for approximately $50 less than i would of had to pay if i went to Apple to get it fixed. The man who helped me, i believe his name was Jason, saw that my phone wasn't in the best shape and tightened things up as well as help me find a phone case that had the features i wanted for my phone. i will definitely be going back here if i ever need to! read more

This place is awesome! Charlie was super nice and helpful and made the repair happen quickly so I was in and out in no time! I was afraid I'd have to pay $150 to apple to get my iPhone 4 repaired but Charlie did it for $70! A year ago, I cracked my screen and had to get my screen replaced. They were super fast and the price was very reasonable; I was so grateful! Almost a year later, my screen stopped being responsive. So I went to visit them and because I ALWAYS provide some history on my electronics if something seems off, I just mentioned that I had my screen replaced by them a year ago. They looked at my phone immediately and fixed the issue with no charge--AMAZING. I was so grateful for their customer service. However, they were a little bit defensive when I mentioned that the screen had been replaced by them a year ago.
