My dad doesn't speak English very well (just some basic words), and I wasn't there to help with the translation, but Dr. Yeh and her staffs were incredible in treating him despite the language barrier. My dad is very happy and grateful for Dr. Yeh's work. He didn't need to take the prescribed pain medication after the first procedure (2 root canals) because, according to him, he didn't even feel much and was surprised when she was done - so just normal Advil did the work. That's how highly skilled she is in providing efficient work and painless procedures to her clients. Next is the cost. Despite how highly skilled she is, her fees are reasonable compared to professionals at her level. Dr. Yeh will always be our first choice when it comes to this type of work in the future. They do not talk like you are not there. They check in to ensure you are doing ok, they take special care of their patients. I posted a youtube video promoting Dr. Dan Tran. He is a miracle worker no joke. Further the office is extremely responsive. They also call you the very next day to check on you and ask if you have any pain. When you call the office you can leave a message with the confidence that you will get a call back. I do not have insurance, but I also don't have teeth that will regenerate, so I went to Dr. Tran for all THREE root canals in a matter of a few months. I am so glad I did, and wish I made the decision sooner, but like I said, I knew he would do an excellent job. I had proceeded with it initially, it was meant to be a multi-series of appointments, but my next one got cancelled and I had a gut feeling, so I never pursued setting it back up. I went to a dentist a few years later, magically none of the issues I had were what was presented by hygienist in 2021. I started seeing a new dentist again this year and again, I was reminded how all of these supposedly severe issues I had in 2021 weren't a thing. I thought it was just important to echo what you're seeing in the other reviews here. It feels like this place is just trying to rack up money rather than actually provide care. There's better places just in driving distance. It'd be even better to pay out of pocket somewhere else than whatever might happen to your pocketbook here.

The staff support from the front desk, hygienists, and dental assistants reflect the stellar care and support reflective of this dental practice. I feel comfortable with the dental care, most significant since dental care in my youth was not something I found comfortable which resulted in many years of stress and anxiety Re:dental visits. I no longer have anxiety or stress getting dental care. Dr Kashirad does exemplary work and demonstrates care, respect, as well as professionalism. I am moved by the care, comfort, and attentiveness as well as the professionalism from Dr Kashirad and his staff. I have MS, I mention this because dentistry with this condition has been challenging at times when my body is undergoing symptom challenges. Dr Kashirad and staff have cared for me during challenges with this condition and have provided dental adaptions, eg; when I could not hold my mouth open for prolonged periods. In fact, due to the recent shake up of so many dentists not taking Delta Dental, we moved our kids there too. So now the whole family goes. I basically just go for cleanings... twice a year despite the recommended 3 times.. (the third one would not be covered. Penny-wise and pound foolish, perhaps, but two times in a year has done me well so far.) My only gripe is a minor one. I like continuity and having the same person do my cleanings. I had Tui at first and then it was another one whose name I forget but she did it perhaps twice so I was growing accustomed to her. Last time I went, they had a person who was, per what she told me, a temporary person. She kinda rushed it, with no nice comments or feedback regarding my flossing. About which.. I can't remember if I mentioned it but their previous comments gave me a complex about my flossing. So I switched to that Oral-B charcoal and mint where the floss is black. And it is so satisfying to floss with it and actually see the plaque that is scraped away. It shows up against the black thread of the floss. To be candid, I was waiting for some props on results of the improved flossing and felt a bit deflated when they never came. Oh well... first world problems as they say. Of course, nothing is perfect and the best evidence of my satisfaction level is my continued and expanding business with the doctor. And in any case the front desk staff is always super nice, welcoming, professional and great with kids. Keep it flossin!
