My dad doesn't speak English very well (just some basic words), and I wasn't there to help with the translation, but Dr. Yeh and her staffs were incredible in treating him despite the language barrier. My dad is very happy and grateful for Dr. Yeh's work. He didn't need to take the prescribed pain medication after the first procedure (2 root canals) because, according to him, he didn't even feel much and was surprised when she was done - so just normal Advil did the work. That's how highly skilled she is in providing efficient work and painless procedures to her clients. Next is the cost. Despite how highly skilled she is, her fees are reasonable compared to professionals at her level. Dr. Yeh will always be our first choice when it comes to this type of work in the future. Kind of funny but I do, if I can find the photo I will post it. Everyone who I encountered truly showed empathy, respect, care, compassion, and total professionalism. It is not like other places where the dentist / endodontist is talking to the assistant about books they read, or the weekend they had while I am sitting in the chair like thinking this is so rude! They do not talk like you are not there. They check in to ensure you are doing ok, they take special care of their patients. I posted a youtube video promoting Dr. Dan Tran. He is a miracle worker no joke. Further the office is extremely responsive. They also call you the very next day to check on you and ask if you have any pain. When you call the office you can leave a message with the confidence that you will get a call back. I do not have insurance, but I also don't have teeth that will regenerate, so I went to Dr. Tran for all THREE root canals in a matter of a few months. I am so glad I did, and wish I made the decision sooner, but like I said, I knew he would do an excellent job. A Dentist who I will write a review on soon, Well he and the other dentist at their office told me my tooth needed to be extracted after many months of waiting on this dentist to crown the tooth. Dr. Rosales handled both very skillfully. The filling is on the outer face of my tooth, and it was immediately unrecognizable from the surrounding surface. Dr. Yeh said she saw something on my xray or MRI that she said indicated damage. I couldn't see anything, and my other dentists didn't have a problem with the front teeth. The Hybridge replaced these teeth. Turns out that the Hybridge teeth are weaker than my original teeth. Other problems - Dr. Yeh, had accidentally left a suture in my mouth. The Hybridge appliance is wider and longer than my original teeth. That means that I'm constantly biting my cheek and lip. My molars don't line up well, so I can't chew my food properly. My smile looks ok, but if I'm not smiling, the Hybridge gives me a bigger frown, and when I'm not paying attention, I walk around with my mouth open - which looks stupid. The Hybridge is better than nothing, but if you have any other options, take the other options.

I no longer have anxiety or stress getting dental care. Dr Kashirad does exemplary work and demonstrates care, respect, as well as professionalism. In fact, due to the recent shake up of so many dentists not taking Delta Dental, we moved our kids there too. So now the whole family goes. I basically just go for cleanings... twice a year despite the recommended 3 times.. (the third one would not be covered. Penny-wise and pound foolish, perhaps, but two times in a year has done me well so far.) My only gripe is a minor one. I like continuity and having the same person do my cleanings. I had Tui at first and then it was another one whose name I forget but she did it perhaps twice so I was growing accustomed to her. Last time I went, they had a person who was, per what she told me, a temporary person. She kinda rushed it, with no nice comments or feedback regarding my flossing. About which.. I can't remember if I mentioned it but their previous comments gave me a complex about my flossing. So I switched to that Oral-B charcoal and mint where the floss is black. And it is so satisfying to floss with it and actually see the plaque that is scraped away. It shows up against the black thread of the floss. To be candid, I was waiting for some props on results of the improved flossing and felt a bit deflated when they never came. Oh well... first world problems as they say. Of course, nothing is perfect and the best evidence of my satisfaction level is my continued and expanding business with the doctor. And in any case the front desk staff is always super nice, welcoming, professional and great with kids. Keep it flossin!
