Within the first five minutes of Sophia Burdett assessing and working on my body, I immediately knew she was special. Sophia has an incredible ability to identify exactly which muscles need attention, release, and recovery. Her technique was intuitive, precise, and extremely effective. By the end of the session, my entire body felt completely relaxed, and most importantly, my back was pain-free. Finding a therapist with this level of skill and awareness is rare. Needless to say, I booked my next session before I even left. Sophia has definitely gained a new regular client. Highly, highly recommended!

This is a great plaza for a massage spot but please note, Google Maps address will not bring you here. Once I made my appointment, Taiji texted me instructions on where it was located in the plaza which was super straightforward. I was able to make my appointment the day of and communicate with them via text as well. My masseuse was Alice and she was very skilled! She was firm and used strong pressure in a rhythmic and relaxing way. She focused on target areas with deep knots and muscle tension and asked me a few times throughout how I was doing. I left feeling rejuvenated, lighter, and super relaxed! This location itself is clean and the couple's room was more spacious than other places I've been to. They recommend bringing cash to avoid tax. Tipping also felt like an obligation rather than a choice, so make sure you bring enough to cover that as well. I would come back!

She took the time needed to listen to my reasons for being there and explained why she'd be placing needles in locations other than where my chief complaints were. I always leave her office feeling much better, and overall more relaxed in general. I no longer live in a town where Eleonora has an office, but she's worth traveling for.
