Luxury electronics... IQ Gadgets is located in the International Marketplace on the second level overlooking the center grassy courtyard which one of favorite location of this mall. First thing you see are the giant bougie massage chairs and there already was a couple shopping in there that seem to have an interest in a product which of course has the salesperson very focused in a positive note I got to browse at my leisure as he basically didn't blink as I was walking around. With that I never got a greet or much attention and that didn't really bother me as I seriously was looking at some of their products which what seems to be majority targeting to the smart phone accessories...with chargers, headphones, car mount and battery cases. As I browsed further I came to realize a couple items I've seen at a craft/product show and have purchased a charger only for it to stop charging like it originally did and it wasn't cheap. As my older phone can't handle a day without a good charge I was talked into a product only for it to shop working and am sad but learned the hard way but hope that other products are good but I'm not willing to risk it. read more

Sergio is a good salesman a very nice person. They carry quite a few select you for cell phone phones, and the prices are very reasonable.

Stay far away from this place. They sell really cheap electronic devices at 5x the markup. They try and sell you bundles. My girlfriend and her mom recently stopped by looking for a way to charge their phone on the go. The salesman, "Wade" talked them into buying a bundle with wireless headsets. He showed them an Amazon post of the same headset at $500, told them if they buy a bunch of additional accessories he'd throw in another headset. Totaling the bundle at $500. My girlfriend's mom not knowing any better bought it. When I looked at the headset on Amazon, there is only one listing. So they make a fake listing and use that to show customers to make it sound like they are getting a deal. All the items that were bundled were cheap phone accessories. They were lucky if all the items actually cost $100. My girlfriend and her mom were charged $500. The salesmen here are smooth talkers and can get pushy. They'll say stuff like "I'd buy this for my own mother". These items won't even last a few weeks... read more

The salesmen are really friendly and fun but they're also smooth talkers who sell overpriced things, sorry to say. The massagers and tech gadgets are nice but definitely can be found for cheaper. Reminds me of the boutiques in Las Vegas that try hard to convince you that you need something and appear to give you heavy discounts, but in reality the discount is on something that's marked up to begin with. read more

My boyfriend's phone got some water damage and was looking to find a new charger due to the battery port for his phone not working. I came in with him and asked the salesman (tall male) if he had a battery charger that can be charged from the back of the phone instead directly in the port. He got my boyfriend's phone and tried charging it through the port and it didn't work. He tried to sell us a bunch of different chargers- a solar powered battery charger ($300 but said he will lower it to $150) for one. He tried to plug my boyfriend's phone again into a charger directly into the port and it eventually started to charge and we did not have a need for a charger anymore. I told him we didn't need one anymore and he started to yell at us because we "came in to get my boyfriend's phone charged for free" He only put it in the port for a few seconds and we saw it light up- the phone is completely out of battery by the way. So no, you did not even charge our phone. He even knew our situation of my boyfriend's phone not being able to charge through the port at first. THEN he said "you can't leave the store until you buy the charger" I told him "we aren't obligated to buy anything" He kept cursing at us and my boyfriend was trying to calm down the situation and we eventually just left. As we were leaving, he said something under his breath-cursing at us again. I understand your time is precious and you're trying to be a salesman, but to try to hold us hostage by having my boyfriend's phone in your hand and telling us we can't leave until we buy a charger.. Place needs to hire better people. read more
