She was so judgement-free, which made it even better! It was a little pricey but so worth every penny! The best deep clean I have ever had!

I went on Yelp and got six quotes from various companies. Then narrowed the Yelp list to two and got additional info. We decided to go with Neat Nelly and I am very glad that we did. The key decision factors for me were professionalism, responsiveness, cost (they were one of the most competitive in terms of pricing), reliability of getting a consistent person or team and insurance. So far we have only had the initial deep clean, but it was very thorough and I am looking forward to continuing to it utilize their services. And I would recommend Neat Nelly.

He's honest & didn't try to upsell me, which's 1 of the biggest reasons I chose the company. Eddie, 1 of the owners, was also helpful & courteous. When I was still unsure, he even offered me an additional discount, which I really appreciated. Installation - The installation crew did a good job installing the gutters & downspouts. They even fixed 1 of my downspout extensions, which's greatly appreciated. Someone tore 2 insect screens directly underneath the new gutters during installation & I didn't notice it until later. When I told them what had happened, Eddie came out right away to fix them. That's customer service right there! Overall, I had a great experience. Highly recommended!!!

They are punctual, respectful, responsive, and well priced. For all the cleaners I've worked with (and we've been through quite a few before finding the right ones), I have yet to find a company that matches the quality and value of Complete Green Clean. This is usually less appreciated when looking for cleaners, but the manager is on site for just about every cleaning and every walkthrough, so things are always done correctly the first time. They are also not a team that will work slowly to get more hours charged, I've never seen them lollygagging and they work hard, efficiently and thoroughly. If you find yourself wondering if you should hire them or not, you should. If someone as picky and difficult as me is impressed, you will be too.
