I had my roof replaced by Central a few months ago and I had a great experience. My roof project…read morewas "complicated" in that there wasn't anything wrong with my roof. I just wanted it replaced because it was old as a preventative measure. A lot of roofing companies were trying to tell me either because nothing was wrong with my roof, I should leave it or they were trying to take something that wasn't an issue and blow it up and they were being predatory. I worked with Artem during this process and he was incredibly thoughtful, informative, and patient with me. Due to some changes in my job, I had to travel more than usual and I wasn't able to make a decision on my roof as quickly as I would have hoped. Artem walked me through different options and looked across quotes I had gotten to help me arrive at the right option for my home. He was really honest and didn't try to upsell me anything, which was a huge relief. When it came time for roof day, Artem stopped by a few times to make sure everything was going ok. The team showed up when they were suppose to. they did the final check like they said and sent me pictures. I was a little worried after the roof was replaced that I would get random leaks but honestly it's been a few months and everything is A-ok. One of the most difficult lift home projects for myself has not been taken care of and it was an incredible and easy experience. I have already recommended Central to a few people in my neighborhood. And as a few others have said in their reviews, thank you to Artem!
