Having practiced yoga in India for over a decade, i do have a discriminating taste in teachers. Tommy is just like teachers i have had in the himalaya; present, expansive, kind, and clear. almost as if he is a channel for his students to quiet their minds and connect to their own selves, their truth... In Hawaii where i am from, this sense of being tuned in to the higher cosmic connection through our practice is more common. In California though, not so much. Tommy's class is therefore, a definite treat. Check it out for yourself! Mondays and Wednesdays Sweat Yoga Santa Monica!

After taking the ten minutes to move my car I return for the class to be told "it's past the grace period" so what's the point of telling me to do that if you know time is tight for you? It's my first time and I don't know the rules YOU do why give stupid suggestions? I'm a grown man and don't like my time wasted. Idk what the guy's name was but it was not very smart to give stupid advice keep your advice to yourself and sign people up or just let Brittany do the talking. Silly thoughts being expressed is the root of most miscommunication in any community. Sometimes we should all shut the hell up. Brittany and Rayne were awesome though. Rayne was very clear in her explanations when I first came in. Rayne should be the blueprint or standard. Only pertinent and accurate information. Not telling me I can park in the front when it's quite obviously posted 15min max and someone told me my car could have got towed if I listened to him. I forgot his name. I will never go to a yoga retreat hosted by her who does not take accountability or apologize for misunderstanding. At the end of the day, I am a customer who paid for a 3 day retreat that I will never attend because she does not embody someone who has the kindness, integrity and calmness I expect from a yoga retreat.
