Not only did they…read morebuy an excessive amount of tile for the job and stick us with a lot of very pricey excess tile, but their installation has left us now with eroding tile, as you can see from attached photos. The erosion began with a haze, which slowly led to a crumbling away of the glaze from the top of the tile. Also, numerous tiles have cracked, which is caused by poor installation. We've received an estimate of $1400.00 for the twelve or so tiles that need replacing. At this point we're unsure if the entire flooring hearth part of the job needs to be torn out. That will be way more costly. We were unhappy in general with all the delays and the slow pace of this company. Now this has made us even more furious about their quality of work. When they were lacquering the wood for the mantelpiece, it kept getting cloudy because they were applying it too close. My husband had to tell the worker how to do it and to back up and stand further away. Their craftsmen were not that skilled in a number of types of work such as applying wood finish and also tile sealant. Their tape that they used to attach protective paper to my rug also ruined it in the spots that they applied the tape. I can't tell you how sorry now that we ever got mixed up with this company.

After we signed the contract we learned that he was retiring and that Albert was going to manage our project. It took them one year to complete a project that was slated for six months. The job site was a mess the entire time. Albert was terrible at showing up when he said he would or completing phases within the agreed timeframe. I hired Morey because they did a wonderful job for my close friends, but now that it is not run by Ben, I would not refer them to anyone.

I called them to see if they could look at these or recommend someone. They happily came out after 12 years to fix it all. Warren who works for them was thorough and didn't leave until he figured it all out. All of this was complimentary!!! Unbelievable customer service after 12 years. No doubt when or if I remodel again we will use them again!!! Our remodel was a tear down to the studs and we are still happy with the work they did. Than Well scratch that I just received a bill. I had received two other quotes and in my opinion, Eddie's approach and price was very competitive and better, and he did not fail to live up to expectations. Eddie and his crew were punctual, the time he told me is the time they showed up. They made sure to protect my flooring and other items in the house the best they could. I have had prior experience with other contractors who did nothing to protect anything in my house. They showed up and took care of business every day, and they cleaned up after themselves the best they could, which I greatly appreciated. A HUGE plus is Eddie has his own large dump trailer, which made things very easy in keeping things clean and orderly throughout the project. As the demo was going, the old material was easily going out, and there was no clutter or debris laying around anywhere whatsoever, which I greatly appreciated. Eddie kept me informed of everything almost on a daily basis, something I was not used to from other experiences but I felt was a phenomenal approach. I felt very involved in the project, even though I was not doing anything labor wise lol! Any small setback or anything unexpected thrown our way, Eddie made sure to show me proof in various ways there were certain things neither he or I could control. Even though I did not ask that from him, again I thought it was a very professional and courteous approach to doing business. I was very pleased with the remodel, Eddie made sure to double check everything, he customized everything to our liking... He went so far as to make my wife sit down in her makeup vanity area, and make sure the height of all the switches, lights, etc were exactly how she wanted them, before installing anything. I cannot say enough of how I highly recommend Eddie and his team for whichever project you are thinking of doing. You lose absolutely nothing with at least giving him a chance to look at your project, and see what he has to offer. I guarantee you his approach is much better and different than others. I attached some pictures of the final project, and we are very happy and pleased with how everything turned out. We also sought Eddie's opinion on ALOT of things, so as you can see with his experience he has a good eye for style, and what would probably look best for your project.

This wasn't just a cosmetic remodel. The bathroom was completely gutted, and the electrical and plumbing were updated and reconfigured, including relocating the light switches and adding new lighting. We removed the old bathtub and created a beautiful walk-in shower, enlarged the shower window, added a built-in bench and niche, and completely updated the tile, flooring, vanity, fixtures, and finishes. The tile work is absolutely beautiful, and the attention to detail throughout the bathroom is incredible. We were able to choose everything we wanted, and Bryce and his team brought our vision to life even better than I expected. One of the things I appreciated most about Bryce was how involved he was throughout the entire project. He came by every day to check on the progress, and he was hands-on with the work himself. He was always easy to talk to and approachable, and whenever we had a question, he took the time to answer it. He was also very transparent and upfront about costs, and if something unexpected came up, he communicated with us honestly. Every person he brought into our home was professional, respectful, and considerate of our space. Bryce also worked really well with my husband, and I appreciated that they were able to communicate openly and make sure everyone was on the same page throughout the project. At the end of the day, the quality of the work speaks for itself. I am absolutely blown away by our new bathroom and couldn't be happier with the finished result. If you're looking for a contractor who is honest, professional, knowledgeable, hands-on, and genuinely cares about doing things the right way, I would highly recommend Bryce and LVL General Contracting. The quality of the work was excellent and his team worked efficiently to complete the project in two days.
