Mr. Henderson was a life-saver helping me deal with my stolen iPhone4. It's gone now, but he helped me deal with the attendant security issues on the lost phone, as well as instrumental advice on protecting my data in case it happens again (knock on wood). He also was very helpful in getting me to just CALM DOWN over the theft and talked me off the ledge, so to speak. We have an iphone 3 on the plan that is cracked and just not feeling well, and I intend to bring it to him to get it fixed like new. i took a Iphone 4 with a broken screen to him. He said he replaced the screen but that something else went wrong and that the phone would only work when plugged in. I asked what good that was and he said at least I could get my old data off of it. He lied it won't turn on to back up even when plugged in. On the upside he did fix the speaker on a Iphone 4s. So I ended up with one working phone but for the price and time I could have just bought a new "used" phone. I think he lied about the backup so I would pay and not leave him with a completely broken phone. The screen on the Iphone 4 was broken but the phone was completely useable. This guy works out of his house so he is flexible with appointments. He did a good job and his price is a lot less then the repair stores. He did break a piece of the speaker which sucked but he rush ordered it and got it the next day and fixed it quickly. All in all I would totally use him again, plus he is super quick. It only took him 30 mins to replace my shattered screen. read more

I was very impresses with the service that I received. I dropped my iphone in just the right way that I cracked my screen pretty good. After some research I realized that I didn't have to fork over $200 and some odd dollars to Apple to have my phone fixed. I then called iPlayPower. There was no answer so I didn't leave a message (I hate leaving messages), and the owner called me back within 30 mins. I was very impressed with. I asked if there was anyway that he fix my iphone that same day and he was able to work with me to get a time that worked for both of us. This was very helpful to me as I am a mother with not a lot of free time. The business is out of his home in Seattle and I wasn't planning on staying since I had my young son with me, but the owner was very welcoming and accommodating. So I had a seat on the couch and my phone was done in 30 mins. The main thing I was worried about was whether the new screen would be as sensitive as the original screen, and honestly it works better than my original screen. In the end my bill was less than 100$ and my phone works better! I will be recommending iPlayPower to all my friends and family. read more

I have an iPhone 4s that was dropped several times in the past and therefore had issues with the home button and microphone. Called iPlayPower and made an appointment for the same day. The owner explained the likely cause of the problems over the phone and how they would be fixed. Forty minutes later the iPhone was ready for pickup and it is working again. The repairs consisted of a new data port and new home button. The issues with the quality of calls (thanks to the service provider) continue, but that is another story. The cost of the repair was no surprise since I asked before the work started. I am satisfied with the work done, the owner is friendly and well mannered. read more
