I brought in my iWatch for repair because I noticed that the screen was popping up a bit. The gentleman there told me that it was the battery expanding which is a very common problem for iWatch 1 users. Everything else on the watch worked just fine even with the screen almost popping off. So I dropped off my watch and they told me to come back a couple hours later. I came back right on time at 4 and had to wait a bit longer which was fine. A lady there offered me cold water. They have very friendly service unlike a lot of other places who refuse to touch an iWatch! Looking for someone to fix my watch was the most frustrating part. This place will fix your watch if they're able to and are completely honest about it. Their prices are fair and I overheard them talking to customer about their iPhone speaker needing to be cleaned out instead of replacing the speaker. Which was cheaper for the customer and the speaker being dirty was most likely the problem. I got a nine month warranty on my new battery replacement which was a total of $59 for the new battery and gluing my watch screen. Showed him the estimate he gave me last year and he knocked the price down a little :) I was in shocked and grateful . I told him about the red Apple logo that was coming out and he said it might b the battery . The price he gave was very affordable . The Apple store would have charged me twice as much . Went back at 5pm and he was finishing up :) no worries I'm a patient man lol he brought it out and the kind lady helped me out . Fixed my screen, replaced a sensor (so the screen doesn't press buttons when I'm talking) and also fixed my speaker. So 3 things repaired in 2 hours. Very professional and it was done correct. I have fixed my phone at a place on Pioneer and Slauson about a year ago they over charged (I think) and when I got my phone back my sensor was messed up so I been dealing with a phone that would press buttons because the screen wouldn't shut off when I would bring my phone up to my ear...When They installed my new screen they didn't connect my parts correctly and they wanted to charge me another fee to fix it lol. That place asked me for my security PIN number which I found very odd and very uncomfortable.... Conclusion: I am glad I found this business because they got the job done right without any issues and I feel like I have a brand new phone (iPhone 6s plus) they also did not ask me for my security pin and when I got there he told me to test it out and everything was perfect and professional.
