As someone who has had another large company work on this same job, and got screwed over by them, multiple times I may add as they would "fix" the problem but then just made it worse. M.O Enterprises put in failsafe after failsafe to make sure their work would hold up. they Did the job in 2 days working 12 hours minimum. Other companies just stop at the end of their shift and come back later. Second, the quality. As mentioned before, the big company I won't name out of respect for M.O in an age of defamation, charged me more than what M.O did for something that didn't work and costed me more money due to mold removal, for much less. This company isn't paid hourly and take pride in their work And it shows. They even gave a quick fix to what the other company did wrong!!! In short, I couldn't recommend M.O Enterprise enough to anyone. I am going to be reaching back out to them in a few years to continue to work on the project the other company just can't seem to do right.

They were determined to not dig up the yard they could get it. They found a large cable and a spoon. It was full of roots and they got it flowing again. The drain itself had never been jetted before and it truly needed it. They offered and gave me a veteran discount off the price which helped with the cost. I was grateful to have found them. They said they'd take photos of the damage to give to the insurance company and would send them immediately after the emergency repair was complete. After asking for the photos for two days in a row, we finally received the 4 close-up, lackluster cell phone shots that barely showed anything. Thankfully I took my own photos before they tarped everything. Once our insurance company gave us an estimate to work with for the repairs Bryan, the owner, informed us that they were looking over the insurance documents and would get back to us. It has now been a full month since the storm and we've seen multiple neighbors' roofs completely redone in that time. After weeks of hearing nothing back, despite multiple attempts to contact them with no answer via phone, text, or email, we have decided to stay far, far away from this company. If their client communication and follow-up is this bad, I can only imagine how shotty their workmanship must be.
