Due to rain they had to cover the uncompleted roof with tarps and were back early the next morning to finish the job. They did an excellent job of cleaning up; nothing left for me to do! Tim and James were professional and checked with me frequently to make sure I was satisfied and to keep me informed of exactly what improvements were being made. Last but not least, I have to give a lot of credit to Kelley for diligently and patiently contacting my insurance company to make sure I received full payment for the job. I highly recommend Pettiecord Restoration and I would not hestitate to use their services again!

Not only did they get everything there and ordered in that time frame, they also had it fully completed in one day! Another thing we extremely appreciated was they took the time to comb through the grass and picked every single item out of it. I would say our yard looked better when they left then when they came! Plus no one wants a nail in their tire. They make sure that that would not happen! We can't thank you enough!

Came into my mother's home without my permission as POA. You should have the decency to ask for another family member to be there. Don't answer your doors in Ames ladies if you see this company. I'll be calling the insurance company as well. We don't need high pressure/urgency sales anymore with elderly. Learn better manners. He was extremely thorough, checking the ventilation in the attic to noting deterioration of our siding which had been installed improperly to roof damage from a recent hail storm, documenting it all with pictures so we could see it. There was indeed a leak causing the black spot in our kitchen and he immediately fixed the worn and torn flashing around our vent pipes. The fees charged were very reasonable and we have contracted them to come back and fix the siding that was installed improperly. The professionalism, courtesy, and clean up were all top notch and I highly recommend their services. Much better experience than we've had with other contractors and at reasonable rates. You can't go wrong with Bakeris.
