Moisture in our breaker box was through a hole in our siding where a ground wire is located. TJ pulled out our breaker box, showed us where the moissture is coming in from and advised us on doing the minor repair. Friendly, professional, and thorough, TJ is an excellent representative from BAM. If we are unfortunate enough to experience foundation problems in the future, our one and only call will be to BAM.

They called me back later when they had an issue (one with my house, not an issue they created) they did have to enter my home, and they left it very clean! I couldn't have asked for anything else from this group of guys, we got every single question answered from start to finish. They explained it in terms I understood and have called me every single time I needed it. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone! Had my driveway leveled in many places last year as well as all joints sealed. The initial job…read morelooked pretty good, but their communication about when all the service visits would take place was poor. Fast forward a year...some of the sections have shifted again and the sealant in the joints has pulled away, popped out or has cracks in. I've called three times for their "warranty service" with no response or repair. I've been told they will come look at it and repair it, but again, no further communication from them and definitely no repair. I got robbed.
