They simply wouldn't and didn't want to level or sand down anything so I was left with no floors on site. I did not want carpet and already had all the flooring I wanted delivered. I was in search of a flooring company that would help and found great reviews for this business so I submit a message or email to their site. Within minutes at 10pm I am getting contacted by David Vaughan saying he would come out the next day to inspect the floors. After he came out and told me the other installers were simply lazy and didn't want to put in the work needed and they were able to squeeze me in last minute I was very relieved. They promised me that they would do the work until I was fully satisfied which they did. They came out 2 more times to address all of my concerns and kept their promise to satisfy their customer to the end. I would recommend going the this business over lowes or home depot budget installers that don't know what the heck they are doing. You get what you pay for and I'm fine paying a little more for a lot more satisfaction!

AWESOME! 4 hours...Really?…read more WOW! I have never seen a roofing job done so quickly, and SOO well! It looks awesome and they completely cleaned up their work site. All I have left is an awesome roof! They completely tore off all the old shingles from the house and the garage, then wrapped the roof, shingled it and installed new flashing, they cleaned up the job, and were done in 4 hours I can not believe it. And, I have a 30 year warranty as well as a 15 year craftsmanship guarantee. These guys rock! When they told me they had another job and would be by my place at one I was worried because the heavy rain expected the next day. I did not know they would bring a roofing armada fully equipped with everything including a crane truck to lift the shingles to the roof. This crew is amazing to watch. At one point there must have been 10-15 workers working in tandem flawlessly. 4 hours later BAM! I am ecstatic! Thank you Dave, John, and entire crew.
