We live a few miles from the Des Moines metro and he did not hesitate to come out and visit us. He looked at the issue, and respectfully listened to our hypothesis and then suggested that we call our water company because he felt it was a leaky supply pipe out in our yard. Based on our observations of the leak, we disagreed, but agreed to call the water company anyway. They came out and Owen was CORRECT! Iowa Concrete Leveling could have charged us hundreds, if not thousands of dollars to fix a problem that would only reappear in a little bit, as the source of the problem could not be addressed by them. Their professionalism, demeanor and wonderful customer service was exciting to me. I would strongly urge anyone looking for services like theirs to use them!!

Moisture in our breaker box was through a hole in our siding where a ground wire is located. TJ pulled out our breaker box, showed us where the moissture is coming in from and advised us on doing the minor repair.
