Then she rudely repeats herself and I'm like I don't owe anything for fastrak unless it's this issue with my previous car I traded in at the beginning of the year. Then she says, again, very rudely, to check the VIN. At this point I say forget it give me my money back! I'll just go pay it online on the DMV website.
