What a phenomenal idea. The best part is you're not spending your own money which makes it even better. Our dealer ( dang forgot his name) was very friendly, fun and personable very engaging. This would make a great idea for a birthday party a fundraising event, New Years Party, even a family reunion. What a fun night you could have with this I wish I knew more people so I could host an event and hire them. If you decide to hire them or if they end up having a fundraising event that you hear of, please come back and let me know because I would love to attend another event where they have casino tables. This would've been perfect to have some sort of giveaways for the person with the most chips at the end of the night like a little gift bag , a free casino table for an hour, or some sort of Premier Event Coupon or some sort of door prize from your vendor would've been perfect just to make it fun and interesting . For the music, they brought out a boom box to the beach and the music was abruptly played and stopped. It should have been softly started and played out quietly. This was not worth our money, customer service was horrible, and honestly made our special day more stressful. I will say that our photographer (outside vendor) was so kind and took beautiful photos.

In our contract, we picked and paid for 2 post bamboo arbor-draped and 2 flower corner swags with fresh flower header and seashell curtain. When we got to the wedding set up, we realized the arbor was completely different from what we have chosen (NONE OF FRESH FLOWERS, NO SEASHELL CURTAIN, AND COUPLE CHEAP FAKE FLOWERS). We asked the coordinator and she just simply gave us a poor excused that the previous couple that rented it and broken the decor of the seashell curtain. We believe things may happen but wasn't it their responsibility to notify us ahead and try to make it up to us before our wedding. We were very disappointed with their services and the way the problem was handled. That made us feel like they just said yes to everything to get the contract. Also, we were told that there would be PROFESSIONAL DJ CEREMONY MUSIC-W-MICROPHONE. Sadly again, they only provided a bluetooth speaker which her coordinator was using her phone and playing music through an app. There was not any microphone as described in our contract and evidently there were no Professional DJ personal there as well. Before our ceremony, we reminded her coordinator about our sand ceremony but she still forgot and the minister was surprised when our wedding was over and we asked when we were going to have the sand ceremony. He was not aware of it since nobody said anything to him. we had to call our guest back to their seats for our sand ceremony. What an awkward moment! It was our first wedding and obviously we didnt know what to do. That's why we hired a team who is good at what they are doing in order to help us but they were very unprofessional. There were a lot more of small things that were missing like rose pedals on the aisle, order of our songs, etc. But on top of that, the way Rose handles our complaint is very disappointing. She has been avoiding our phone call for about 2 months and then on Aug 17th she offered to refund $150 for all missing items and bad services they provided. We refused her offer because that meant all the missing items like arbor and music are only worth $150 while she charged us $3,622. $3,472 is her cost for the rest?? None sense. Be careful when you sign contract with her. No matter how bad their service is, you only get the max 20% refund (if she is willing to refund). We had to report to Better Business Bureau and Attorney General of Virginia State to let them know how this company is practicing their business. The two pics are what we got and what we paid for. Looking at them, you will understand why we are pissed.

We wanted to have tastings from around the world and there recommendations were top notch. My clients and I came for a food tasting and Chef came out and talked with my clients and together added another dish that would ensure all types would be happy. Started off with a passed breakfast ensemble with fruit and danish/muffins. Then for lunch we had Grilled Brats - Germany Beer Battered Fish and Chips - Great Britain Phad Thai - Asia Pollo con Papas - South America Fresh Green Salad and Vegetable Kabobs - USA and to top it off, Assortment of Swiss Desserts - Switzerland. The food and display were amazing and their staff very professional from Emily with coordinating everything from the beginning to their staff that was dressed to the tea sent a professional message to my clients and they were very pleased. They also provided ice cream and punch for the employee social the day before and they ensured the cake was cut at the right time and made it very seamless. It was a pleasure to work with them.
