And let me tell you - this isn't even my first time working with these amazing ladies. They knocked it out of the park for her 15th birthday too, and they somehow managed to outdo themselves this year! The backdrops? STUNNING! And that welcome sign they designed? Perfect in every single way! Every single detail they touched turned out amazing - they really understood the vision and took it to a whole other level. Listen, if you want your event to have that extra special touch that makes everyone's jaws drop, you NEED Rachel & Marianne on your team! They didn't just meet our expectations for Imani's special day - they completely blew them away (pun intended! ). These ladies are the real deal when it comes to creating unforgettable balloon designs. I'm still getting messages from guests asking who did our balloons - that's how impressive their work was! There's a reason I keep coming back to them, and you better believe they're already on my speed dial for our next celebration! Rachel & Marianne, y'all are simply amazing!

Knowing we couldn't go anywhere, we wanted to do something special in the house. I've never been able to find a place for balloons and somehow found this hidden gem. I wasn't sure about ordering online so I called and was helped immediately. All my questions were answered and was even provided suggestions. Before ordering they sent me pictures of the balloons blown up so I could see the colors. Very very helpful. Long story short, I wish I found them before I ordered the followers but they did a wonderful job on the balloons. They delivered on time with mask on (even though my dad forgot to put his on). They delivered with care. My mother was so happy and surprised. While the balloons we blew up were deflating their balloons are still holding strong. Everyone loved them!!

I believe the balloon brand is Orbz - HIGHLY recommend this brand if you're looking for something to last for a special occasion. Customer service was second to none, the owner was very nice and polite and ready to assist. The store is a little on the old side and could do with a make over inside - but there's still some great products on offer. It's not the cheapest, but as there isn't a Party City for miles, you're paying more for convenience than anything else. Costumes inside for rent, if that's your thing... definitely worth checking out if you're pressed for time and need some celebratory balloons ASAP.

The special birthday hat he made for my daughter was so intricate! Was very hard working during the hour we booked him, we had 20 kids and they all got at least one. He was on time, polite and we will absolutely hire him again. He put a smile on our guests faces - very important when youre hosting a party.
