I can't say enough good things about The Teeny Tiny Farm. They were on time, set up everything in a jiffy, explained how to interact with the animals, cleaned up after the animals so quickly that sometimes I didn't even notice if there'd been a dropping or mess. The pony rides were well executed and the guy was so considerate and friendly. He answered lots of questions about the animals and was patient with the kids. He made sure the birthday boy got plenty of time with the animals and another pony ride before he packed up to go. I was pleasantly surprised that this surpassed my expectations.

I had heard from Kim Shipman how wonderful VBI was at her son's party, and called Cindy in April. She had a weekend special where you pay a day's rental plus 50% and get to keep it 3 days, so we booked the Mickey Mouse double slide for 3 weekdays. They are so very easy to work with! We put down a deposit, but were told we could cancel as late as 5pm the night before in case of inclement weather. The night before, Cindy notified us of the delivery time window, and the next morning, Hannah and Chloe arrived, and anchored the slide, having it set up in 20 minutes, safely, with an inservice of the system. IT WAS SO CLEAN. IT WAS SHINY WHITE, RED AND YELLOW. We were very pleased, and the kids ran up and down it for 3 days, at least 100 times a day. Keeping it over a day was great because they had it into the evenings, and they removed it carefully with no damage to our property. I highly recommend this company for your children's fun!!

We will be using other companies in the future and warning others not to use this company. They also stated they hit a gas line at someone else's house and refused to pay that so there is clearly a pattern of negligently setting up this equipment. I was in the middle of interviewing wedding planners and was so close to locking one in already. I was less than 5 months to getting married so the pressure was on!! The following week or so, my husband and I met with him. At our first meeting, he had cupcakes for us!! And from my favorite cupcake shop too!! How did he know? It's like love at first site LOL! He was thorough in explaining the different services he provided and had packages to fit any budget. He answered all our questions and concerns. And we had a lot! He's very knowledgeable in the industry and had great connection to vendors that I would need for the wedding. I felt like I was going to be in good hands. So that night my husband and I knew he was the one to help us enter this new journey of our lives. Ted was always available for me day and night! He went with us to every vendor meetings, cake and food tasting, dress fitting, hair and makeup session, and etc. He wanted to make sure we were happy and what we agreed upon at these meetings is what we're going to get on the wedding day. He was hands on and I needed that!!! He was very much invested in us. The day of the wedding I didn't have to worry about anything, he took care of the logistics and even had my 'lady in waiting' at my house to pick me up and transport my items. He thought of EVERYTHING. So If you are looking for a wedding planner or for any event for that matter, look no further this is the guy for you!

In a town full of karaoke shows and karaoke rooms, this one finds itself at the low end of the spectrum. Having seen him host at numerous bars around the Hampton Roads area I would rate his sound a 3.5/5 as he will randomly bump the bass up on slow songs drowning out singers, showmanship I'd give a 3/5 as he will call people by the wrong names and and doesn't have much hosting flair, I'd give him a 2/5 for singing rotation as he lacks the digital list that most hosts have transitioned to over the last decade that lets singers know when they are up, and the most egregious hosting sin, he will cherry-pick his list to get his locals and friends can sing more or leave once they have gotten to sing multiple times to others 1 time or even none. Over all his town shows are a 2.8. I cannot speak to private events but would assume the would be better as the playlist and rotation are generally controlled by those that are paying for the Show.
