I believe the balloon brand is Orbz - HIGHLY recommend this brand if you're looking for something to last for a special occasion. Customer service was second to none, the owner was very nice and polite and ready to assist. The store is a little on the old side and could do with a make over inside - but there's still some great products on offer. It's not the cheapest, but as there isn't a Party City for miles, you're paying more for convenience than anything else. Costumes inside for rent, if that's your thing... definitely worth checking out if you're pressed for time and need some celebratory balloons ASAP.

Because the store is closed on Saturdays -- when many parties actually take place -- I specifically asked twice if the balloons would still be fully inflated the next day. I was clearly told, "yes, they will be fine." The order cost $75, so I trusted that assurance. Unfortunately, by the next day one of the balloons had already deflated. I tried to resolve the issue directly with the business before leaving a review. I have called four times and left a voicemail, hoping to discuss a partial refund, but I have not received any response. At this point it feels like my calls are simply being ignored. This situation is very disappointing. If a product may not last overnight, customers should be told honestly so they can plan accordingly. Ignoring multiple calls from a customer trying to resolve a problem is unprofessional and not the way customers should be treated.

Knowing we couldn't go anywhere, we wanted to do something special in the house. I've never been able to find a place for balloons and somehow found this hidden gem. I wasn't sure about ordering online so I called and was helped immediately. All my questions were answered and was even provided suggestions. Before ordering they sent me pictures of the balloons blown up so I could see the colors. Very very helpful. Long story short, I wish I found them before I ordered the followers but they did a wonderful job on the balloons. They delivered on time with mask on (even though my dad forgot to put his on).
