Ashley was able to see my vision and also suggested additional creative ideas to help make them amazing. She has a creative eye that can work with any budget! Ashley also pays attention to 'little' details and ensures nothing is missed--many items of which I would not have thought twice about! Numerous times I would ask for my catering estimates/details or different photographer estimates and she was able to email them to me in a short period of time. She keeps everything in a binder and/or computer and everything you need is at her fingertips! Organization is definitely one of her greatest strengths! I feel this is a skill needed for smooth wedding planning because, let's face it, wedding planning is stressful! She also has a timeline in order to ensure things are done promptly, and she gave me small 'chunks' of tasks to accomplish so that the planning on my part was not overwhelming. 17 hours ago New I…read moreordered 10 balloons for my daughter's 10th birthday and picked them up the day before the party. Because the store is closed on Saturdays -- when many parties actually take place -- I specifically asked twice if the balloons would still be fully inflated the next day. I was clearly told, "yes, they will be fine." The order cost $75, so I trusted that assurance. Unfortunately, by the next day one of the balloons had already deflated. I tried to resolve the issue directly with the business before leaving a review. I have called four times and left a voicemail, hoping to discuss a partial refund, but I have not received any response. At this point it feels like my calls are simply being ignored. This situation is very disappointing. If a product may not last overnight, customers should be told honestly so they can plan accordingly. Ignoring multiple calls from a customer trying to resolve a problem is unprofessional and not the way customers should be treated.
