The arrangement seemed very poorly made and to make matters worse the flowers only lasted 2 Days!!! These were delivered Thursday and by today Saturday all the roses are completely dead. The company that my husband ordered the roses from refunded his money however I wanted to jump on here so others do not order from this company. There are few things more frustrating than calling with no answer only to hear a machine say "sorry no one can answer, please call back." No, you call me back. The person I s/w also recommended a particular arrangement based on my budget/occasion and also helped me save $10 (hey every dollar counts!! :)) alerting me to a promo that was going on. Would definitely re-use this location again. As an aside, Yelp search results landed a different EA franchise that was not as close as this franchise mileage wise. I didn't notice that until after I called the first EA listed in the search results and received an answering machine with no ability to record a message for callback (very unprofessional IMHO). I revisited Yelp search results and found the GBB location was actually closer and when I called I got a live person that immediately confirmed they could do a same day delivery (can't put a price on peace of mind when you need a delivery to hit the recipient same day AND you are a procrastinator....lol). This was great as I gave this franchise less than 4 business hours notice. Anyways, my point is I searched based on the delivery address and the 1st result was a store 10 miles away while the 2nd result was only 5 miles away (same provider: Edible Arrangements). I find this as something to flag for others beware your search results when searching my "nearest location" as the results do not match your criteria.
