Recently mom had trouble walking so our family physician recommended that she get an MRI at InVision Imaging. We were there on a Sunday afternoon. There was ample parking and outstanding customer service. We were warmly greeted by the friendly receptionist and signed in leisurely. Then Mom went to one of many changing rooms that had clothes for her to wear during her session. I was surprised that an MRI takes 30 minutes. While I waited for her, I was shown to a large private waiting room with an iPad and Bose headphones. There was a very comfortable recliner and huge aquarium. The time passed quickly. After the session, mom changed and before leaving we were given a bottle of chilled water and heated lavender scented cloth towels. Really outstanding customer service and strongly recommended! read more

I had an appointment for two separate MRI's. When we entered Invision, we were greeted by Lyndsey and Julie. Both were amazing, friendly and helpful. They made sure I had copies of the MRI's and verified my doctors appointment to ensure the MRI's were sent to my doctor. Over the last ten years I have taken six MRI's so naturally the anxiety and nervousness is present. However, this time was the best!!! I was greeted by Jessica Becerril and she immediately made me feel like we had known each other for years. That made me feel very relaxed and eased some of my anxiety. Jessica took the time to identify my issues of concern and reassured me that she would make sure I was ok while inside the MRI machine. During the almost two hours of imaging, Jessica continually checked in to make sure I was ok, comfortable and if I had any concerns and let me know that the images were looking good. All of the employees at Invision are of the highest quality. I strongly recommend requesting Jessica Becerril for your MRI. Thank you Invision and all of your amazing employees. I've had chronic neck pain for the past few years so I finally got to do MRI. This place is located in the Medical Arts building and parking is from the back from Victoria St./S King St. it was a little confusing to find the entrance from the parking lot but there was a small sign. You go down the stairs. Then the main entrance is up the stairs again. This place is very clean and the bathroom was very nice! I love how they give you a little room to change and a locker for all your belongings and you hold onto the key. After changing, you wait in the waiting room which is only for you. Another room was divided with a nice fish aquarium which was nice. The room had a comfy chair, they gave me warm blanket, magazines, and iPad to play games. My MRI went well. It was 45 minutes long. I just closed my eyes most of the time. I'm glad they give you ear plugs because the sound is loud! Unfortunately I had to wait 35 min. I came after work and my appointment was 6pm so I was hungry and tired. When I was leaving they gave me a gift card to Shell because of that. Wow, that was so nice! They also gave me a bag with water, a box with cookies and chocolate and warm lavender towel to wipe my hands. That was so nice! My only thing was I feel the the front desk girls could be more friendly. I wanted to ask some questions but I felt like I didn't want to bother them. Everyone else was nice! read more

Just had a MRI tonight. Of course I'm extremely claustrophobic. Got the usual sedative to calm me down. MRI was supposed to be 45 minutes. Finished in around 30 minutes. Want to comend the awesome staff. Vince, Suzanne and I think her name was Erma sorry if I got anyone's name wrong. They were the best crew I have had to go to. They made you comfortable and informed you if what to expect. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND I VISION IMAGING if you ever have to have a procedure. If I ever have to do it again I will definitely go to them. AND A BIG PLUS THEY ARE OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK UNTIL 10:00 P.M. Thank you again fir making my experience a lit less traumatic Aloha, Deborah Fong read more

Felt like I was at a spa and not at a medical center. Very zen feel and calm atmosphere. I had a cardiac mri and as stressful as it could have been, nurse Sandra and the others were striving to get good shots as quickly as possible while maintaining my comfort. It was a a long process but when people are excited about their work and love their career, it reflects positively on their interactions. Again, all around positive experience in spite of a very long imagining procedure. read more

I really LOVE THIS PLACE!!! If you ever have to do an MRI... I'd suggest you to go here. Ask your PCP if your insurance covers this for you because they have not just one of the top best imaging machines that can actually break everything down to a dot on a paper, but, they also have awesome care for patients. Meaning... they give you a robe, fruits, snack, water, tablet & personal locker for you belongings. I mean it's RICH!!! Not to mention a UH ALUMNI is the one who funded this place to begin with. I'm not too sure if I remember correctly but I think it was a Football player from 2000-2003 maybe. Can't remember. Anywho, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! read more

Had the opportunity to go to InVision in the Medical Arts building on King Street located in the basement level. Understandably due to the current social distancing and their small waiting area, my husband was asked to wait on the first floor. The receptionist and Joy (X-ray Tech) were friendly, welcoming and very professional. The xray was completed in minutes. read more

Accompanied both of my sons for MRI's on separate occasions. I love the peaceful atmosphere and the waiting area is comfortable. It's almost spa-ish. The front desk staff both times were friendly and professional over the phone and in person as well. Scheduling was a breeze. My sons said they were treated well during their MRI's and it was comfortable. On our way out it was a treat to receive bottled water, hot cloths like the ones given to you at fine dining restaurants, apples and chocolate dipped cookies from Big Island Candies. They're business hours are very convenient; 8 am to 8 pm. I highly recommend this place! read more

It is completely unacceptable that it took 5 weeks for my daughter to receive her STAT MRI test. The MRI was ordered on July 19th, their next available appointment was August 17th. I appreciate the relaxed, spa like atmosphere this testing center has created. However, if it creates massive delays in potentially life saving treatment, they should skip the medically unnecessary extras and focus on being more efficient with time management per patient to facilitate a more efficient testing schedule. Also, please consider making the built in fish tank opaque that separates the private interior waiting rooms. It's just weird that other patients can look in your room while you are in a hospital gown. I can't help but wonder if the fish in the tank were harvested from our local reefs, were they? read more

Awesome experience. Everyone was so pleasant and professional. This was my third or fourth MRI I've had to take for my back in my life. The very first time I have gone to Invision Imaging. I would highly recommend here to anyone. The people and atmosphere of this business is so relaxing and welcoming. Everything went by so fast and even was given a beautiful goodie bag upon leaving. Seriously? Will never go anywhere else ever got x-rays! Best service ever. Great staff. Beautiful office. In and out in ten minutes! They allow walk ins and are open on Saturday! I'm not even sure you ever have to make an appointment? Woke up this morning and couldn't walk. Right knee swollen and couldn't straighten it out. Called my Dr, he faxed in the request and I dropped in at my convenience. Imagine same day? They also validate if you park behind the building off of Young St. Five stars doesn't do them justice. read more

I spoke to the Lady on the phone. She asked me basic questions. I told her I was in a metal environment and once had metal in my eyes. She said to come down and fill out the standard paperwork. I went down at 7:15 PM. Called a few times before someone answered. Went in, filled out the paperwork. The tech comes back and tells me they have to do an orbital to ensure there was no metal. I was fine with that. He then tells me they cant do it as they need a script from the Dr. I told him why no one told me this and do you turn everyone away to reschedule? This was VERY unprofessional. He spoke condescendingly to me. Told him they were a bunch of F ing A holes and left. For the price they charge MRI you would think they would have people with common sense and have common sense procedures. Why have someone come all the way down just say oops do this first? Total Joke. read more

This place is good. It's like a spa inside. Very calming. The rooms have Hawaiian names, which I like. The staff are great.

I will say this is def one of the more fancier places I've been to for an MRI. They are right before Long's on Young Street off of Victoria. Parking is up the ramp for $1.00/hr u pay a box. I came at 6:30pm and the gate was open due to it being broken. Score. Check-in was simple. Clearly the owner loves wood as there are marvelous pieces ranging from the clipboard to artwork. A dish of apples is there at check-in for your picking. After check-in, I was asked more questions and then lead to a small room where a locker was provided with key. You change into their scrubs and they also offer socks with non-stick bottoms. Next, you're lead to another room where you will be informed of what is to happen and what you need to do. I think I only had to wait 10minutes before let in as they were running behind. At the MRI station, you are given earplugs and offered a warm blanket. I was told not to sleep as I might snore and make the pics blurry. I have to admit, having horrible sleep from a pinched nerve, it was hard not to sleep. The tech did inform me not to move as my pics were blurry. I didn't think I moved at all minus the breathing. Check-out was easy. Co-pay with HMSA was close to $90. You get a gift bag that inc water and chocolates (prob from my co-pay!). A warm, lemon-scented washcloth. I will say this office is very chic. I'm used to the sterile surroundings of a hospital. read more

I'm not sure why anyone would go here. The facility and and staff were fine but their cameras are super old. You go to an imaging center to get the best images possible for a radiologist to read. It's your health after all. I asked the technician, very competent and polite btw, how old the MRI was and she said 9 or12 years old. I replied it's either 9 or 12 and she admitted it was 12 years old. There are multiple imaging centers and all the major hospitals who have more updated and modern imaging cameras. If I had known this I would have never gone to this facility. Next time I will do my research. read more

My doctor's office scheduled an MRI for me at InVision Imaging, and I am so happy I went there! MRIs can be very stressful, especially for claustrophobic people like me, but InVision puts great effort in making patients feel as comfortable as possible. Careful attention to detail has been given to the overall design of the place - the lighting, paint colors, piped in music, wall art, etc, made me feel like I was in a tropical resort spa. The changing room, restroom, lobby, waiting room, and MRI room were all super clean. The staff is friendly, courteous, professional, and well trained. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who needs to get an MRI. read more

I recommend InVision Imaging for all of your imaging needs. I came to have an MRI done on my knee. My appointment was scheduled for 9:15pm but I was able to be seen a little sooner. Their hours can definitely work around your schedule. My experience was wonderful from the time I stepped in to the time I stepped out of their office. Every area of their place was clean. I absolutely loved the look, it feels very peaceful. All of the workers that I encountered were professional, kind, and very caring! As if that alone wasn't enough, when it was time to check out I received a hot towel with lavender, cold water, and cookies! (Wish I asked to keep my socks, they are super comfy) Thank you for making an experience that can be scary into the complete opposite. You all definitely go beyond your services! read more

Very impressed with the excellent service from the staff here. Everything was done with complete professionalism. Who would ever think that taking MRIs would be so enjoyable? They made sure that everything was okay prior to taking the tests and even double checked in asking me questions to make sure. They even gave me a little goodie bag in the end which made me feel real special! Excellent place to go and highly recommended! read more

If I had to be a prisoner for an hour, I would choose to be at InVision. I was insructed to be quiet, stay still, and lie down. Yikes! Actually, all kidding aside, it was quite the pleasant experience. I booked my own MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) appointment after my doctor faxed over the order. A pleasant female voice greeted me and we decided upon a mutual time: Sunday at 11:00am. Located at the corner of King and Victoria streets, the Medical Arts Building has its own parking lot. The entrance is on Young Street. I was happy to see that there was no guard and the "arm" was up, so I got FREE parking - yay!! Because the restaurant across the hallway was open, I had easy access to the building. The welcoming receptionist handed me a clipboard with various forms. After completion, I realized what a plush, modern, and beautiful place this was! It sure wasn't the typical, old, boring lobby! Soon, I was escorted to the Dressing Room where I changed into a nice light brown scrub top and bottom. I was relieved that I didn't have to wear one of those "open-ended" hospital gowns. Those are too drafty & revealing in my opinion. I stored my clothes, purse, and phone in the locker which had a brown bowl for jewelry. All metal items, including earrings, must be removed or else the strong magnet will pull them off of your body! The key to the dressing room was on a kukui nut bracelet and entrusted to me for the length of my visit. Next, I was led into the Waiting Room, through the automated sliding door. I Loved the large salt water aquarium that acted as a divider between waiting rooms! I pulled the comfortable recliner away from the wall to take a nap, but I was restless. I played with the iPad and used the Yelp app to plan my next meal; I browsed through the magazines that were in heavy, high-quality, protective plastic covers; and I toured the restroom with its fancy sink and contemporary faucet. Then the dreaded moment arrived. My name was called and anxiety washed over me. In a trace-like state, I entered the MRI Room. Gingerly, I laid down on the table and rested my head on the pillow. I was given a choice of head phones with music of my choice or ear plugs. I selected the ear plugs so I could focus and plan out my next Yelp Review. Head phones were still placed over my ears as the MRI machine is very loud. A panic button was placed in my hand so I could squeeze it if I needed help. Heavy weights were placed on my ankles as a warm blanket covered me. After half an hour of right knee scanning, circulation to my right leg was cut off. My right foot felt numb and both of my feet were cold. I was covered with another warm blanket. Scanning of my left knee began and my arms started to hurt. It felt like an eternity had passed when the technician finally announced, "Twelve more minutes". What? Oh boy! "Just breathe and relax", I told myself... Finally, I was released!! I changed back to my street clothes and was given a nice, cold bottle of water. All of the staff were very friendly and professional. They asked if I had any questions and seemed concerned about my well being. I happily drove off into the warm summer day, appreciating my freedom! I now await the results of my MRI. Thanks to InVision for a very unique MRI experience! read more

I recently accompanied my husband to his scheduled MRI on his right knee at InVision Imaging. I was impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. We had received a phone call from their office that informed us of their backlog so we arrived 15 minutes AFTER his appointment time. I don't know of any medical office or service that will contact you of delays as WAITING for medical service has become the rule. We sat for just a few minutes in the relaxed and beautiful contemporary Hawaiian interior designed lobby when my husband was called in. I started to admire the decor as it was very relaxing and visually appealing. In the background, contemporary Hawaiian music and Christmas carols were softly played through Bose speakers. I thought, that I'd better be careful to not get too comfortable as I might fall asleep. I perused through their magazines and newspapers and plopped myself onto a very comfortable loveseat with my reading selection. About 4 other patients came in and left while I sat waiting...I managed to read through, end-to-end, our local newspaper, Pacific Business News, and 4 magazines. While reading, one of the receptionists offered me a beverage, fresh fruits and/or sweets. She even asked me if the room temperature was too cold...uh, no, me with sudden hot flashes felt perfect. Geez, I was "happy as a clam"! Time seemed to have passed quickly when I realized that I had been sitting for over 2 hours waiting since my husband had been called into the exam rooms. I began to worry about my husband as thoughts raced through my mind like...is he having a claustrophobic attack, did he have a heart attack or did he move while having the MRI and now they're having to re-do the imaging? Uh, did something go wrong since I had seen 4 others come and go while he was back there... Just as I got up to inquire with the receptionist, my husband came out from their back lobby. Whew! He was all right and he, too, mentioned how nicely appointed and comfortable the back lobby was. My husband mentioned the back lobby's large aquarium with tropical fish, iPad Mini, a recliner and huge selection of reading materials which was soothing and calming for patients about to undergo a MRI process. There are so many positives to this business. InVision Imaging is easy to find as it's located in the Medical Arts Building across from and on the same side as Thomas Square along King Street. You get full parking validation in their attached parking lot. Their staff is professional, friendly and efficient. And most, of all, they offer a very comfortable, caring environment to patients and those waiting for this medical diagnostic service. read more

I love this place! Friendly Staff, very knowledgeable and they make you feel super comfortable!! I was deathly afraid to come to this place after going to a doctors appt. only to find out i needed to go and get a mri done for my shoulder. Doctor prescribed me some medication due to claustrophobia. Prior to my appt. i got a reminder call from one of the receptionist stating my appt time and place, also some instructions for that day. I arrived at my appt and as you walk in it feels like you are entering a spa. (I guess they try and trick your brain, lol) the receptionist was really helpful and friendly. She gave me a few documents to fill out. I waited about 10 minutes in the waiting area, until someone called me in. At that time, he gave me a locker, socks and some clothing to wear. I got dressed and he walked me into another waiting area. It was a cool little place with a ipad, books, and a fish tank. He then came back and talked with me about what was about to happen. I followed him downstairs where i had to receive a injection (ink) and a X-ray. Once that was done, we went back upstairs where the mri technician was waiting for me. As i went in, he gave me instructions on what to do. I was afraid due to the medication not kicking in yet. The mri machine i went in was a bigger one, i later there with my eyes closed and listened to music for about a hour. It was an experience for sure. All i heard was construction noises (not that loud because i had head phones with music on). When it was done, i changed back into my normal clothing and the receptionist handed me my results on a cd rom and a complimentary bag with goodies inside. I will definitely refer people to this place, thank you for making my experience here an awesome one! read more

Overall, my wife (getting the MRI) and I (the chauffeur ) rate InVision 5 stars for the following reasons : 1. Friendly and helpful staff. They clearly explain how the MRI would work and explained what my wife should expect. 2. Great equipment. Their MRI at least seems bigger (less claustrophobic ) than other locations. 3. Full validated parking (nuff said) 4. 5star treatment before we left. They gave us hot cloths (like the ones you get in 1st class on a flight), two bottles of water, apples and Big Island Candies chocolate dipped cookies. Wasn't expecting that at all. The only thing I would change are the seat cushions in the waiting area...looks a little dirty. Overall, a real treat of a visit! read more

Great place to do your mri and staff is awesomely and very nice and helpful and their waited room is very vice. Love their fish tank.

When the good doc requested to get MRIs of my knee.... I pictured myself entering a cold, white room, stiff chairs and a long wait... great way to spend my morning .... InVision Imaging changed those thoughts into a more picturesque place to get my future MRIs done! I thought I walked into a spa if it was not for their name at the door! The reception area was nice, warm and inviting. Fabric cushioned chairs and a nice low-light ambiance. Felt like I walked into my 10am massage! The staff was excellent with their attentiveness and friendly smiles while I checked in till I had to get ready for scanning. Came in a few minutes early to filled out all the necessary documents. Waited less than 12 minutes to be called in. Lockers are provided to place your belongings, then you proceed into a fancier room. An iPad was docked next to the chair for your entertainment until one of the staff members comes in to ask details of your injury, then off to the scanning room you go... They are easy to locate off of King St. right after Thomas Square Park and before the new Long's. Parking is fully validated in their private lot and if you can't find parking, there is quite a bit of street parking all around. The office is very clean and welcoming. Chairs are also very comfortable while you wait listening to calming Hawaiian music. It's well lit in the waiting room where you check in. I have to say that the service here is 5 stars! Everyone addressed us by our first name and was very accommodating to my mother who is limited in English. The staff are also in very clean black uniforms. They offer water to everyone which I think is pretty unexpected when visiting a medical office. When you're waiting, there have magazines and an iPad mini that you can play on. The doors inside are motorized which gave a Star Trek type of feel to the place. When I was leaving, the front office receptionists went above and beyond with a random request I had. I needed a box to transport a few files the next day and they went to find me a box that was perfect. How amazing is that? This place earned their 5 stars! read more

When one has to be told they have to do an MRI, it can be quite worrisome especially when they are claustrophobic. If there is an option as to where one can do an MRI, then InVision Imaging is the place to go. Though it is place that does MRI, the setting there is so peaceful that you feel like you truly are at some kind of a spa. The staff calls you the night before to ask you the necessary questions to help with MRI test, and they remind you of your appointment the night before. When you get there, the friendly staff gives you the necessary paperwork to fill out, and they help remind you to take any necessary medication if you're claustrophobic. As they bring you in, they ask you questions about the paperwork you filled out in more detail to make sure they covered all their bases. They must make sure the safety of the patient from the patient's history. After that, they lead the patient to the dressing room and provide with the most comfortable changing attire. They even have in their changing rooms a locker where one can keep all their personal belongings. It is provided with a key in which the patient can take with them when leaving to enter the MRI room. Being that I have difficulty walking, the staff was always kind enough to assist me in my needs when I entered and left the MRI room. They were very helpful in assisting me to getting on and off of the table and were always concerned due to the level of pain that I was in. The best part of this? It was going into the machine and watching the TV through the glasses that they gave and the sound that was provided through the earphones/earplugs that were provided. It was an amazing experience! It really helped (along with my medication) to calm my claustrophobia and my dystonia. AND, they were always there listening to me incase I needed them. They provided a call bell incase of emergency, but, they were always listening to me and checking up on me to see if I was okay. At the end, when I was leaving, the staff was so kind enough to provide water. I would recommend anyone to come to InVision Imaging if they have the option to choose where to go. This place is truly an awesome place to come to do an MRI! read more

Eric Hannum, President of InVision, you, sir, have accomplished what you hoped and exceeded my expectations of not just an imaging facility but an establishment as a whole! I've had 3 MRIs at Hawaii Advanced Imaging and REFUSE to go back there! I'll write a review about that nightmare some other time. Spoke with Marla on 06/12/18, really just with one question but sensed her genuineness when she asked if there was anything else she could help with. She explained so much and so patiently during that conversation which I had no intentions of having. I felt as if she really cared for my overall well being. An appointment for a brain MRI on the larger machine was about a month out. However, it was so worth the wait. I'm claustrophobic and have ear dysfunctions and a slew of other conditions that make an MRI unpleasant. Plus, I'm big and my head is giant watermelon, it's a good thing this place has the largest MRI machine in the state! Arrived for my 3 pm scan on 09/19/18 at 230 pm and Roi did the pre-procedure things and after sharing, in my loopy, valium state, how anxious (that's putting it mildly) I was, Roi did his best to assure me that things were going to be ok and if needed, to squeeze the panic ball and they'd be in within seconds to pull me out of the machine. Fortunately, I made it through. I requested that after the contrast was injected to please not push me back into the machine for 10 minutes while the dye made it's way through my body like how Hawaii Advanced Imaging did. With a bewildered look, Roi explains it takes less than a minute for the contrast to work it's way through my body and there's no reason there'd be a delay, especially one of such length. Grrr, more reasons to loathe HAI! Now, comes the fun part. I'm escorted by tech, Ken (you're amazing, dude). He makes small talk and tries to put my worries at ease and echoes Roi in that, if needed, he was only seconds away and would be right in should I need him. I briefly explain laying flat makes me extremely dizzy so he props my head as well as my knees to ease my discomfort. I was given headphones with audio piped through them and another set of heavy duty headphones to block out the pleasant (insert heavy sarcasm) sounds of an MRI machine. A cage like headgear with a small mirror to watch TV is placed over my head at which time I declined to watch TV as the mirror was situated behind my direct line of vision and feared the strain on my eyes would make me dizzy. Ahhh, now to pick a genre of music, let's be easy and go with KSSK radio, yeah, that'll get me through this. One side of the earphone was broken but the heavy duty headphones they put on helped tremendously and the one sided audio was fine. Bing, bong, bing, bong. Derp, derp, derp, derp. *insert crazy spaceship noises you can think of* Scanned for a little over half an hour, contrast in, scanned for another half an hour and finito! Ken, was so gentle and made sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout the entire hour long scan. He helped me off the table as I was dizzy and needed to get my bearings straight. I walked out, confused and Jeremy saw I was in need and escorted me to the correct fitting room! Thanks, Jeremy for recognizing I was clearly lost and helping me out! I waited about 10 minutes for a copy of the CD with my scans and drank the complimentary water while I waited. Also included in their goody bag was a hot, moist, lavender towelette and cookies from big island candies! A place is only as good as the people in it. Take away the spa-like decor, fancy fish tank, goody bag and iPad (for use while waiting) and I'd still go back to this place, even though brain MRIs suck. The training Mr. Hannum has his staff take should be implemented at every business. Shout out to Stephanie for taking time with me on the phone the day prior as well! Oh, Ricky (I think that was her name), too! She helped when I called on 10/01/18 for the radiologists written report. read more

Called and took 15 minutes to schedule my appointment. They had to locate the paperwork that my doc had faxed over a week prior AND I had to call them to follow up since I had waited a week and no call from nobody regarding this MRI appointment. They told me oh we don't see any prior auth for your MRI??? I said umm Doctor office said you folks are supposed to get the prior auth??? So are you saying that my doctor office is supposed to get the prior auth??? They said ohhh well I'm not saying that we don't do the prior auth and that they will work on that. They said sure we can schedule even though we don't have the prior auth and if the prior auth doesn't come in before your appointment no worries. I sure hope this is true cause I refuse to pay if my insurance doesn't cover. At least they are open 7 days a week and late in the evening so don't have to take off of work for appointment Just hope when I arrive at my appointment things are running smoothly & I'm not stuck there all evening. She checked on me during the MRI between pictures, made sure the TV was loud enough and even turn the fan on in machine when i was getting hot. I definitely recommend this MRI location for anyone & everyone. I very claustrophobic but don't take medicine & i did it! Thanks to Joy. Keep e doing what you guys are doing, IT WORKS! Great experience, Great staff, Great EVERYTHING! Top notch! I was pleasantly surprised with how each and every employee made me feel at home, at ease and as part of their family. Very refreshing! The inside waiting room was very comfortable with a large fish tank, reclining chairs and an iPad to play games on... Ken was great. He made me feel relaxed and made certain that I was comfortable. It's not easy being inside the MRI tube, but knowing he was out there watching over me made the time go by quicker. I think I actually fell asleep for the last 5 minutes (LOL). The MRI was handled with percision and professionally. Ear plugs, virtual tv if preferred or music. I opted for the tv since it normally puts me to sleep. The put another heated cotton blanket, rolled me in & fell into a REM sleep. Next thing I knew I was done. The decore is beautifully done and made to calm you. I admire the sense of mindful organic and eco friendly atmosphere that they achieved in their interior design. Lights at a comforting glow and furniture that makes u wanna rest n relaxe. A 5 Star visit to accomplish a trying time. Mahalo! read more

Will recommend They opened on time and the signs were informative and the staff was very professional and polite. My images were done with care and I felt treated like someone who truly mattered versus just another number. Covid protocols were followed well and overall it was a great experience. read more

If your looking on getting an appointment M-F during normal work hours of 8am - 430pm expect to wait over a month plus. I've been suffering from a spinal issue in which My Doctor sent out a referral to InVision Imaging was called back from Staff who tried their best to accommodate me but issue was NO Doctor was available to perform the test until a month plus... It's a shame since I've been here numerous of times and now changing Facilities to one that is more flexible in scheduling around Patients needs vs Doctors. Staff is very polite, patient and responsive to Clients needs, just need a Doctor who wants to work nights "hint" read more

InVision Imaging - Diagnostic Imaging Near Me - Honolulu, Hawaii

I live on the Big Island of Hawaii and because of claustrophobia issues I needed to find an "open" MRI for an update on Chronic Kidney Failure. I was told by Invision that they DID have an open MRI and an appointment was scheduled that included a plane ride and taxi to the location on Oahu. 4 days before my appointment I found out that my insurance had not been cleared because the doctor's office was told that Invision DOES NOT have an open MRI. I've been waiting for this appointment for 2 months. read more
