I have been coming to Intuitive Hands for several years now, and have been worked on by both Lien and Christy. They both genuinely care about getting to the root of my ailments. Recently I had trouble with carpal tunnel. My hands were falling asleep at night and I grew increasingly worried. Christy has literally saved me from a lot of pain and worry. Not only is she skilled in the healing power of massage, she also gave me valuable advice on home therapy through stretches and proper foam rolling. Communication is key and Christy really listened to my concerns. Not your normal therapists, Intuitive Hands will hurt you, but the results are worth the painful release of toxins and aches. I have nothing but great things to say about Christy's massage and healing abilities. She's intuitive about the human body and how everything works together in a way I have yet to see in another therapist. When I was pregnant, she helped me work out my horrible sciatica pain--for which I will forever be grateful! Having seen her recently in the Intuitive Hands office off of Shoal Creek, I can say that I can't imagine going to another massage therapist for as long as she's in practice. The room was calming and I felt like jello when I left--which I think means "success"! It's easy to tell that she loves what she does and she is someone who is meant to heal. I have been seeing a chiropractor for about 6 months now, and while I have seen a little relief in my back pain, I was constantly feeling tense and achy. I tried foam rolling, stretching, yoga. Nothing seemed to really touch my pain. One session with Lien, and I walked out feeling no pain. It was a weird sensation that I hadn't felt in two years. I won't make it sound all sunshine and rainbows. Lien is tough. I hadn't yet found someone who really gets into the grit of my bound muscles, but Lien is strong! She really puts everything into her massage. There were a few points that I didn't think I could handle the pressure, but I'm glad I did because I felt the best I had in years. Been going to Bichlen for a while now! I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) bout 8 years ago and I will number some things about intuitive hands (great name right!?) 1) she knows the body like the back of your hand...haha 2) She also does massage and Seriously, she is the best masseuse ive ever had! very strong for a smaller body! I was very physically active and she can easily hurt me. 3) She can adjust easily to fit your needs, for example there was a stretch I could not do properly and she adjusted it to me very easily. Had to leave a review for THE lien tran! Let me tell you.. I've been to quite a few other massage therapists and no one has ever wowed me and made me want to go back. I don't know how Lien does it, but I feel like a new person after every session. Not only is she extremely good at what she does, she genuinely cares for your wellbeing. Bichlien is amazing, the best massage therapist in Austin without a doubt. She seems to have a 6th sense when it comes to finding and treating problem spots, and is able to apply as much or as little pressure as necessary to get the job done. Way too expensive and rude message Therapist. She demanded I tip more. Her prices are around $90/hour plus she gets upset if you don't tip more. Don't go to her! She said to me why would I do more work when I can just charge people more. Also, the reviews of "Kim" is from her sister and Dustin she knows as a friend. She gets people to post reviews that have never gone to her and that are family. Her website says most people are expected to tip around $20-40 extra!!! Wow. Money hungry! read more
