I don't know if I was just exhausted or if Lisa has magical hands, but I walked out feeling like a completely new person. She quickly figured out exactly where my body needed attention and adjusted the pressure and techniques accordingly. It honestly felt like she understood every tight muscle and nerve that needed relief. I left feeling incredibly relaxed, refreshed, and so much lighter. The ambiance was lovely overall. The only minor downside was that my room was close to the main entrance, so I could hear people coming in and out. Next time, I'll request a room farther from the entrance for an even more peaceful experience. I'll definitely be booking Lisa for my massages going forward. Highly recommend her!

Oh man. WOW. Prisila…read moreis absolutely amazing. I came in with all kinds of aches, tightness (years of boxing, motorcycle wrecks and more). She is the absolute most intuitive massage therapist I have been to. I told her the general areas of concern and that was all she needed. She knew exactly where to go and how much pressure to use. It was perfect. I will be returning for, at the very least, monthly massages. I may end up switching that to weekly at some point. It's THAT good. Thanks so much, Prisila! You rock! :)

I always felt, intuitively, that this is the type of therapy I needed but I didn't know it actually existed, had a name and was practiced at an actual location. Well, it was meant to be. I needed something and fast and this place had the soonest appointment. I was assigned Victor G and it was honestly meant to be. He is very strong, intuitive, checks in and talks you through the entire process and what's going to happen. I appreciate that because I don't have to worry something will be sprung on me without warning. The therapy: you just need someone to push really hard where it hurts. That's exactly what I always wanted- someone to press on my spine or hip or whatever until the pain went away. Well, lo and behold, this is EXACTLY what they do. And it works. This is *not* traditional massage so don't go in expecting that. It's very targeted and done fully clothed. Depending on your needs, you could spend 2 hours just on 1 leg. This is the level of therapy they get to. I can't tell you enough how much you need to try this, especially if you're like me and feel like you've exhausted all options and are close to feeling hopeless and giving up. In 1 session pain I had for 6 months was gone. In 2 things were so loose and working the right way that I felt muscles I haven't felt in years. I absolutely see how people have said they've helped them avoid unnecessary surgery. I wish I had found this place 20 years ago but at least I found it now. Just try it.

My first session with her, I was pregnant, and with my most recent session, I've been dealing with multiple symptoms from stress, thyroid issues, and just fatigue from motherhood and work in general. She has not only been versatile in her practice according to my body's needs, but she is attentive with problem areas and addresses exactly what we've needed each time, even with suggestions on things to work on following our sessions! Even with the pandemic over the last couple of years, I've felt completely safe and comfortable in her studio, allowing me to fully relax and trust her to work on my problem areas. Recently I have had a lot of circulation issues with my limbs while sleeping. For the first time in months after our session, I was able to get a full night's sleep without waking up with numbness in my arms and the cramps I've been experiencing have also diminished greatly. Her Thai mat sessions are intense but so satisfying, and she is the only person we recommend to our friends and family! We look forward to booking her each time we are able to and I highly recommend the Thai mat sessions!
