One of the employees was so rude and unfriendly I wish I had gotten her name so I could report her, but she wasn't even the one helping me. Manager said return policy was only 30 days but back of receipt states 90 days. Manager then fooled around with cash register for at least 30 minutes and said system must be down and she could not process exchange. I'm not sure why a simple exchange for the SAME ITEM could not be exchanged and she could just fix her inventory in the morning to adjust for the different size. Found this store many years ago in Italy. Was so happy when it came to the states. Inexpensive lingerie that is so beautiful and comfortable. We used to go to Italy with an empty suitcase just to put underwear, panties, T-shirts, nightgowns, and loungewear. Yes they offer Men's under garments but over the years here in the states they have reduced the selection while in Europe they have opened separate Men's stores. Helpful and friendly staff and conveniently located to a lot of my favorite stores like Louis Vuitton and Tiffany. Love this store and the quality of the items purchased. Awful experience! Terrible quality. I bought some stuff at their online store for $200 and wasn't used for a couple of months. You know this brand is pricey and I wanted to use it on special occasions. So now after a while I decided to wear shorts at home and that's the second time I'm wearing them. I got size L when usually I do M. I wanted them to be bigger so I can sleep in shorts. But how terrible it is. I didn't even wear it the second time I just tried to do it and this is what happened. I'm shocked. I've never seen anything like that before. The seams came apart when I didn't even put them on. I just picked it up in my hands and tried to wear it. I've already returned a couple of pants and underwear a couple of months ago coz they delivered them already torn. But because I haven't used these shorts for months I can't return them coz the return time expired. Disappointed. I wish there was an option for zero stars. I actually filed a complaint against Intimissi with econsumer.gov last month, because I have been waiting MONTHS for a refund on my returned merchandise. My original order was placed on Oct 14, 2022, and I received it, hated it, and returned it to their warehouse by Oct 21 (all six bras were horribly small and uncomfortable). After sending about a dozen emails, all of which were ignored, I finally got a vague response from someone named "Dorotea" with an e-gift card attached. The barcode on the gift card is completely unusable. Every time I try to check out with new merchandise, their system says "invalid gift card, please enter a valid gift card." It's now been over three months since they received my returned merchandise, and I still don't have a refund or functioning e-gift card. Today, I finally got a hold of someone named "Ivan" over their chat feature, and he proceeded to tell me that he couldn't help me because the situation was beyond his expertise............I cannot make this up. Their favorite catch-all response is "we are forwarding your inquiry to the competent department," but there IS NO COMPETENT DEPARTMENT!!! Do not give Intimissi another dime. It's a scam. read more

I fell in love with their products, but they are not yet set up for international online sales. It should be illegal for them to do so. I bought several items, taking advantage of two separate sales. The sizes were not consistent with what I had ordered before. They do not do exchanges, so the only way to be able to return and re-purchase at the same price is to return ALL the things you bought (even the ones that fit) and hope that the special is still running. And there isn't a person to speak you to simply manually do the math and re-order for you or give you a discount that honors the original pricing. Had a great experience here. I have a really hard bra size to find and they had a decent selection for me. The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable about my sister sizes and I was able to leave with four bras and a matching panty for one of the bras for only 202$- that's NOT a lot for how much nice bras for my size can cost. Seeing all the horrible reviews of customer service, I feel like it's my fault for buying bras at Intimissimi without researching the company first. I tried do an in-store return at a different store than where I bought the items becuase it was much closer to where I live. (Westchester vs NYC) I called the Westchester store the day before going and provided all of the details of my return. I unfortunately lost my receipt. The Sales Associate I spoke to said 'no problem'. We will just look it up when you get here. When I got there, the Sales Associate told me she needed to contact the NYC store, even though I provided details of the credit card transaction. She couldn't reach them, so was going to send me home w/ my returns until a resolution was determined! I asked if I could just leave the bras there so I wouldn't have to drive all the way back to the store and she said, No. It's for my safety... whatever that means! I also had taken the tags off of one of the bras - - wore it for a total of 2 minutes-- realizing it didn't fit, I put bra and tags in the bag. The Sales Associate said they would not take the bra back because the tags were removed! I would have been OK with that even though it was the in-experienced staff in NYC who sold me the wrong size in the first place fault. I was completely stuck w/ bras that I couldn't wear so I threw them in the trash. I'm out 148.00. I will never ever set foot in that store again. Purchased apparel at Intimissimi and quickly found out I couldn't use it. I had given my email and was now a loyalty member. Unfortunately, the morning after my purchase I had an exchange because I was given the wrong size of one of my items. I was in a hurry and didn't realize that the receipt was not put back into the bag. After finding out that I could not use the apparel, I tried to return the items. The store refused to offer any assistance because now I did not have my paper receipt. I emailed corporate. They said since the purchase history was available, I should be able to return it. The store still refused the return. I emailed corporate again and they then said I can only exchange it. Fine. I tried to get store credit or exchange it. They had blocked the ability to do so in my purchase history. I am left with $400 worth of apparel I cannot use with no recourse. All returns were attempted within the timeline outlined in their policy. Additionally, their policy not only omits the need for a paper receipt, you would expect that in this day and age if one was necessary, the clerk would advise to keep it safe. And not keep it on a return. Oh yeah, I was suppose to get a return receipt on that second visit, but that was neglected as well. I called the general manager of the mall (Scottsdale quarter for the locals) and there had been prior complaints. I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB. Do not shop here. Highly unethical. I think the product assortment and styles they offer online look gorgeous. At the same time, very unsatisfied with quality and customer service. I ordered the silk shorts and silk top for my honeymoon. The shorts just tore after 1-2 wearing during the night. One seam completelly tore so I tossed them right on our trip. When I reached out to the customer service with that issue after the vacation, they requested a pic of the damaged shorts which I didnt have. Although many other brands would not require it but I still though requesting the pic was somewhat fair. Since I still had the matching top, I ordered another piece of shorts on sale. It was never delivered. I contacted customer service which did agree to issue a refund, but that was only for the sale price and now the item is not on sale anymore. I requested a higher refund or to just resend me a new item without a refund and have not heard from them since. So now I spent money on two shorts and still have not a matching set to wear. A step up from VS and not the overload of product, less of of a good thing can be better when the style and quality is what you're looking for. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable to assist you. The first floor is devoted to lingerie for women, and the second is a mix of both men's and women's items. For the ladies, mainly sleepwear. Do make it a point to ask for your size if you don't see it displayed as they have stock in back and will gladly bring out a drawer of stuff to help you sort through. Came to this store on 5th Avenue after realizing Victoria secret was shut down. I was still excited though, because I've been wanting to try out intimissimi for quite some time. Was shopping for lingerie for my friends bach party. For a brand that is fully dedicated to lingerie, I was quite disappointed by the lack of selections. I found myself going in circles, trying to find something cute and sexy. Whenever I picked up a piece to look at the detailing, a sales rep would come over to me asking what size I wanted- I found this to be very pushy and a little annoying. I was able to finally find one piece that I thought was okay and would be suitable. Sales rep told me it was part of their holiday selection and gave me the marketing run down to try and convince me to buy it. I told her I would come back in a little, as I wanted to check out saks to see if they had anything. After going and realizing intimissimi was my best bet, I went back only to find out that they didn't even have the size I was looking for -_-. It was a standard Medium! The quality of the panties is good, but the customer service is awful. I went to the store, asked for panties size S. The consultant helped with that, took the panties and packed them for me. When I came home, I noticed that the consultant didn't check the size of them and actually one of them was size M. Customer service said that I have to go back to the store to return it. I live far from the store and usually don't go to malls often as I don't have time for that. No refund, no discounts, nothing was offered. Ok- so this location just opened a few months ago but popular overseas. After watching the veterans parade, my friend pulled us in to check the place out. The staff were all so friendly. Kadiyatu helped me and my friend was helped by Maria and Jazsalyn. Great people! I've been a fan of Intimissimi since 2006 when the gentleman in my life brought me two sets straight from Italy. A little while later they were sold through Victoria's Secret and as quickly as they arrived, they were gone. Fast forward to a few months ago when they began shipping to the U.S. and are now open in NYC! I was in the neighborhood and stopped in since I had been lusting after a piece that was featured heavily on their social media accounts. The first associate I worked with was attentive and got me in the fitting room but said the style/color I was looking for was unavailable. I figured out my proper size and combed through the sale section while waiting for her to finish with other clients. I finally asked another young woman for the style and within minutes appeared with my size in hand! I assume because it's such a new location, some associates are still learning the styles/colors available (as someone who works in lingerie, I can completely relate). While my visit took a little longer than expected, it did not sour my experience.
