The team arrived wearing masks, which my wife and I appreciated. They wasted *no* time. They properly patched the subfloor, which was probably the pain in the ass part of the whole thing because they had to access it via a muddy crawlspace. The finished results look great. I can't even tell where the hole from the old heat duct was. The Fees: When I refused to pay for an invisible plan, they charged me massive cancellation feejust to walk away. The contract signed during the mitigation process gives them the ability to conduct your reconstruction on their timeline. The Threats: They claimed they could sue me for "lost profits" because I wouldn't agree to their unreasonable terms. I don't understand why they (said they) inventory everything and took pictures so it would go back to the same place they got it from, if they aren't going to finish the job and unpack, and verifiy that nothing was damaged. Very very disappointed in my experience with this company. I am currently still unpacking things myself, and I'm an old man, so it takes me a very long time, but I needed my life / basement workbench back.
