Cipriano's are in the wrong business if they are unhappy with their pay rate of AAA. They complain that they don't get enough money to do a job and the repairs to your home suffer. Construct Team is only worried about their bottom line. Your home and repair will only suffer for an insurance claim. They cut corners to profit more. The paint work they do is college apartment level aestectics. I was sold a scope of work with a semi competent project manager. The company had their technicians out within an hour of our call. The technicians were very informative, friendly, focused and so helpful! Their pricing is very fair compared to the last company I used who charged me triple the price to do the same exact job when our basement flooded years ago. I would and will recommend this company to any homeowner in crisis. They know how to handle business and truly care about your home! I wish there was a 10 star option because they deserve it!

We chose to work with a local company, even though they were not on our insurance's preferred vendor list. We knew that while the project may take longer than if we worked with a large corporate company, we felt would get more individualized attention, they would be working for us instead of for the insurance company, and the quality of work would be better. All this proved to be the case. The communication with the Kapi team was fantastic - keeping us updated every step of the way. Adam advocated for us with our insurance company, worked with us on changes and upgrades we wanted to work into the rebuild, and offered honest advice in decision-making. His team of skilled workers delivered high quality results and were friendly and helpful. The office staff were kind and accommodating and helped make all the paperwork and logistics flow so smoothly, even handling things with our mortgage company - this was such a gift in a stressful season. Our rebuild took about 1 year, but it was worth the wait because our home is now better than it was before the fire. I would highly recommend working with Kapi in the event you have fire or flood damage to your home.

The project manager Brandon Mazzacco, was consistently unprofessional, failed to communicate clearly, and generally did not appear to know what he was doing. He provided an inaccurate timeline at the outset and failed to consult with the work crews responsible for carrying out the job to ensure it was feasible. As a result, the timeline was extended at the very last minute--not once, but three separate times--which left our family displaced from our home for three times longer than we were originally told. The quality of the work performed was equally unacceptable. Much of the work was done poorly, and in several instances, it was completely incorrect. We repeatedly raised these concerns with the project manager, who failed to address them adequately. As a result, areas of our home were damaged--damage that could have and should have been avoided had the work been done with care, competence, respect and proper oversight. What is most disturbing, however, is the growing belief my wife and I share that this mistreatment and negligence were not just about incompetence, but deliberate. As a mixed-race gay couple, we could not help but notice the dismissive tone, condescension, and blatant lack of respect we received throughout the process. We cannot ignore the pattern of disregard and the persistent failure to correct mistakes that, in our view, went beyond negligence and bordered on discriminatory behavior. We expected a professional experience. What we received instead was disrespect, broken promises, poor workmanship, damage to our home, and a lingering sense that we were never treated as equal or worthy clients. No family should have to experience this--especially in their own home.

The other company came out, seemed knowledgeable, looked around the house a little (didn't go into the attic or do a deep inspection) and did an air mold test. The test showed high levels of Pen/Asp mold group in the master bedroom but the other company was unable to come back for almost two weeks and could not provide an exact quote until they came back. Due to my autoimmune issues and the symptoms I was having, we did not want to wait that long. That is when we contacted weDry. I was very overwhelmed due to the situation and first spoke with Amy, who was very kind and understanding. Even though she was professional, she made me feel comfortable, like I was talking to a friend instead of just a business. She was able to have someone out right away to do an inspection. When Mike came out to do the inspection, not only was he also kind and professional, he was extremely thorough. Pulling back the carpeting and padding in the closet, going up into the attic to look around, and even looking through all of the basement insulation. I was very impressed with the time and effort he put in to finding the source of the mold smell. WeDry was able to get a detailed quote back same day that showed a breakdown of every single expense so you know exactly where your money is going. I was also impressed by how quickly I would receive email responses from Amy or that she would touch base to see how I was doing. The cause of the mold ended up being due to an outside issue and our HOA stepped in to handle the repairs, using their own company. However, if Amy and Mikes work ethic are a reflection of weDry Restoration and the rest of their team and services, then I would say they are an outstanding company and believe that other companies should take a page from their book.

As is expected with large projects, issues arose but those issues were minimized due to the quick response and professionalism from the BC team. If you have a need to use this company's services, please reach out to them, you will not regret it. P.S. To some of the negative reviews I have read, these people need to keep in mind that BC does work with external vendors and they do address each and every concern.
