On May 14th I received a $25 dollar gift card since my evaluation was pulled for the month. I immediately sent the card back indicating I didn't want the card due to the charged cleanup fee. Today I received a call from the man who wrote the contract and he indicated that he made a mistake, that the contract should have stated completion not cleanup. He then told me if I talked to anyone about this and told them I was charged a clean up fee when my son an I did the cleanup I would be "telling a FIB". In closing, I wish I could give 0 stars, I do not recommend this company.

The service work needed was due to a broken windows. For 8-10+ weeks I have a large broken windows at my home, which is a safety issue. It would have been quicker to purchase a new window.
