An email to the business over the weekend was quickly answered, and it was clear they were eager to make things right. They did, but, for me, it involved multiple trips of 1/2 hour each. P.S. Everyone is super friendly and so helpful. Prices are pretty reasonable and it helps if you purchase the Groupon they offer before you go. Unless they have to order your part, phones are fixed the same day usually. Having an S6, the part for my phone needs to get ordered but their local vendor is really quick and if in stock, they will get it the next day. I drop my phone off and they call me when its done. This does require you to put a 50% deposit down. So fast and simple and location is great and easy to find. Highly recommend them for your technology needs.
