AAA has been extremely…read morehelpful, but every time they or I called up AA Auto Tech Center we are told that "a driver is in your area and will be there within 15-20 minutes." A total of 3 calls where placed and all received this same answer. I just received a call back from the shop saying that they would possibly be able to pick it up later tonight but wouldn't be bringing the car to my shop (about 1 hour away) until "maybe sometime tomorrow". If they told me this from the start I would have understood and tried to get another shop to tow the car for me. But the constant lies are ridiculous and inexcusable. Very disappointed!

We clearly were an annoyance to them. I went at the same time as my husband, his photo inspection was submitted and no problems, weeks later I got a letter from my insurance company stating I never had the photo inspection done and therefore my Physical Damage coverage had been cancelled. AA Auto Tech dropped the ball. Now I have to wait for my insurance to be reinstated thanks to AA Auto Tech.
