I was greeted with a curt and impatient frontline person (with no one else in the store). I tried to sum it up as just someone unhappy with their day or job. I'm not disgruntled, just disappointed. This store really has everything, every battery that has ever exsisted, and really great customer service from the people that were there. Also had family come in to get a watch battery replaced, which they did, and also offer a service for lifetime battery changing, which we decided to go for.
