Came here to return and pickup 3 separate orders. First, the rep at the counter asked if i had a…read morereceipt which I had trouble pulling up since the cell service was so bad. Instead of assisting me with my 3 pickup orders, he dismissed me, told me to stand by the door, and helped the next customer. My phone still would not load so never mind and I went back to the counter to just pickup my orders. Another rep assisted me but the store never set aside my 3rd order so they had trouble finding it and had to pull it from the shelf. They also gave me the wrong oil drain pan. Then at checkout, there were printer problems of course. After loading my car, my app finally loaded so I went to back to do my return. They told me since I purchased at another location they couldn't do my return. Called Advanced Auto Parts Customer Service after leaving very frustrated and they told me the store was wrong and that I should've been able to return. Overall horrible customer service experience, dismissive, had attitude, not knowledgable.

Advance Auto is one of the better car parts stores that you're gonna find around. Now that's not a…read morecredit to them as much as it is an indication that the other options to choose from around here totally suck. This store has a pretty decent group of counter Associates who always seem to be willing to be gamefully employed. They usually do a good job of finding the necessary Auto parts needed to complete most of My projects. Prices at this store are comparable to all the other chain stores and shelves are usually well stocked.

I have been a Driving Impressions customer for, gulp, decades! The owner had stores at the local…read moremall and at local race tracks. I have purchased helmets, driving shoes, tools, nomes driving gear, special car-oriented furniture and books. Every product came with a 100% guarantee and assurance that the item was top quality and at the best price. In my experience, that has always been true. The owner, Bob Zecca, is a lap record holding SCCA driver with experience that no ordinary salesman can provide. If he recommends a product, it's because he knows it's good, safe and reliable - from on-track experience. He's adding a new driving simulator this year so I'll be visiting a lot since that's the easiest way to learn a new track before actually doing live laps in a car. Stay tuned!

Hey all, So for a…read morehopefully upcoming hillclimb with the 7 I needed to get a racing suit, gloves and shoes to prevent the whole possibility of being burned alive. Pretty much with most racing gear you gotta just order online and hope for the best when it comes; there are only a few shops around the country that actually stock items like full suits, helmets, steering wheels, etc and they never seem to be anywhere near where ya live. So when I found out there was a fully stocked shop an hour away from my casa I was pretty stoked. Driving Impressions in Dover, NJ has literally everything ya need to get going in road racing. Bob Zecca was a tremendous help with helping me find the best fitting suit, gloves and shoes that matched best with my needs. Beyond that? The shop was amazing! 6000 sq/ft shop and warehouse full of racing goodies. For anyone who is a fan of road racing this place was heaven. Tons of cool autographed stuff around (Michael Schumacher's gloves, a letter from Enzo Ferrari). A pristine Lancia Delta Integrale in the showroom imported from Italy. I know, I know I should have taken some pics...all in all though an amazing time, spent over 3 hours there shopping, seeing the facility and talking to Bob about everything from dogs, to his travels in Italy to of course - racing. Last year, I placed an order from these folks at http://mothersperformance.com/ for parts. One part…read morewas out of stock and I got an email telling me so. They shipped the stuff that was in stock and all was good. Fast forward to the end of June this year. I placed an order and a few days later I got an email that the order was complete. I waited. I waited some more. I sent an email asking for order status. Radio silent. Finally after two weeks, I call to get a tracking number. I am told three times that "someone will call you" and get no call back. I finally get a hold of someone on the phone who tells me that some parts were out of stock, they sent me an email about it and were waiting for ME to respond! Fine, I tell them to refund me for the outs and ship the rest of the order. They promised to ship it expedited, process the refund and send me a tracking number. I wait a day and got no response. I called again, was put on hold and then was told "I'll call you back in 2 minutes." 10 minutes after the call, I get an email that they've cancelled the entire order and refunded me the entire amount. Thanks guys at Mother's Performance for wasting my time!
