The person who picks up the phone is one of the most miserable sounding UNPROFESSIONAL person I have had to deal with in a while! There is no professional customer service whatsoever. I just moved back to Fall river two weeks ago and I've only had to call less than a handful of times and every time has been nothing close to professional. The man always picks up with this rude tone. NEVER gives you the eta and hangs up before you can even ask for an eta. Today I called to get a pick up. He hung up before giving me ETA and since I've already dealt with his professionalism, I decided to wait. My daughter just had adenoidectomy so she was getting a little fussy. when I look at my call log it showed that I had called 19 minutes ago so I gave it a try to call and actually get the ETA this time. When I called and asked he rudely said with an attitude" oh honey your gonna have to wait about 30 minutes" I responded back and said "OK. I've been waiting 19 minutes so about 10 minutes more?" he then yells at me and said "you have not waited No 20 minutes. You literally called 10 minutes ago"and hung up on me before I an even tell me that I literally looked at my call log. when I called back He would pick the phone up to then hang up. I've never dealt with such unprofessionalism unprovoked. I had more professionalism than he did and I'm not the one working. but best believe I gave him a piece of my mind after that because I shouldnt have to be mindful when getting treated like that. I would never give this company my money, even if I had to walk to the moon on the hottest day! that man needs to find himself a new job where he doesn't deal with customers because he has zero customer service as a worked as a dental assistant for over 10 years. The second time I got a ride even the guy who picked me up, said that that guy is always rude with an attitude and never gives ppl eta. His OWN CO WORKER SAID THAT! Which in that phone call he hung up before I could ask for the ETA and when I called right back to ask for the ETA he had an attitude and said he would not know when they would get there and he said " idk when he would get there it could be 5 minutes" I said "that's all I was asking for that that's exactly what an ETA is"( giving a rough estimate not exact) It's not called EETA...... I suggest y'all get a new person to pick up the phone call because you guys will just continue to lose money. He needs to remember that there is something called Uber and Lyft and if people are calling you guys, I wouldn't run them away because there is other options that more people prefer to use. The brand new van offered a very comfortable, smooth and quiet ride and we had plenty of time to spare at the airport. Before departures Bill even offered a courtesy check to make sure we had all the important items like passport, wallet, phone etc. Arriving home, our driver Tony communicated his ETA and called us to confirm the precise pickup point even down to the inch. Tony was so nice and we had good conversation with him and again the van was super comfortable and clean. Tony even helped carry suitcases directly to the door. I appreciated that both Bill and Tony communicated multiple times in text with confirmations, ETAs etc. Sent photos of the vans well in advance with license plates which was a really nice touch, so that we knew exactly what vehicle to look for. Bill and Tony easily accommodated an itinerary with multiple stops which made our lives SO much easier and saved us from unnecessary driving and coordination. Everything was done via text/phone which is way better than dealing with a clunky website or corporate office. Price was very reasonable and very well worth it for the level of professionalism you get. We will be booking with Bill's Transportation Services in the future for sure.

They had a plastic barrier set up between the driver and passengers and the driver wore a mask the whole time. They also provided us with a tourist packet full of fun things to do on the island, which was amazing, because we were just going to wing it. We ended up following their self guided tour instructions and it was actually a lot of fun and easy to do. We even called the owner for directions getting back to the ferry at the end of the day so we didn't miss it lol. Anyways. Highly recommended family business. Thanks again! Most companies won't do a transfer for a wedding and we had no need for four hours of limo service since the ceremony and reception were in the same location. A Formal offered three hours of service (the shortest window I could find) and at a reasonable rate. Tom (the owner/driver) was easy to book with over the phone, quick to respond to emails and provided a smooth ride in a beautiful Lincoln crossover limo. However, his customer service skills left much to be desired. He came across as aggravated the last few times we spoke on the phone and actually had me in tears after one call (the services were already paid for at this point). His attitude during my drop off at the venue was terrible and this was during the point of the day when I was the most nervous. The car doesn't have an interior light or mirror (I guess I was supposed to know this) so if you need to do any makeup touch ups, you have to rely on a bridesmaid to hold her phone flashlight and use your front facing phone camera.

I had seen their limos around previously. Upon calling I spoke to Tom who was friendly and accommodating. His original phone call quoted me and I hung up with all the info I needed to check with parents and get a deposit. When I called back a few minor details had changed, and as expected so did the cost (we added 2 people and half an hour). I gave a deposit and was told cash could be paid on the night of the prom. We had rented the town car for 9 people. Prices were competitive and reasonable. Upon arriving at our meeting spot a few parents had already said our driver was waiting asking for me. I was greeted with professionalism and courtesy and provided both my contract and receipts for both transactions. The contract was simple and easy to understand and the driver was excellent. He texted me when the kids arrived at the venue and when they were back for the night safely at after prom. This was huge to me considering the car was full of mostly minors. I was very happy to know all the kids arrived safely. Bonus: because the had a bigger car availabe (a Thursday night) the kids were excited to see the SUV pull up. I believe this seats 16 (sorry if I'm wrong) and the kids were super excited for the "upgrade" and the nicer car and more room. Parents were a bit jealous, too!!
