The man that helped me with the sign up process started off very formal, but began making small talk about my travel plans and his past trips to the same area while we waited for his machine to load (it glitched in a few parts of the process, but nothing major). He was very personable! To sign up for pre-check AND to get passport photos taken while I was there only took me 50 minutes altogether, with a slight wait in between. I didn't realize you could do both of these services here, so I was happy to knock out 2 tasks I'd been avoiding at once. Very convenient large parking lot and easy overall experience. My photos were free thanks to my level of AAA membership status. They did not take the photo at the most flattering angle, which I feel like could have been avoided, but overall I was very pleased with how smooth both processes were.

This morning I called and got a AAA tow truck to come and tow the car to the dealership for repair. The driver whose name was Gilberto was fantastic. He was beyond friendly, so helpful, courteous, friendly and kind. The drive to the dealership in the tow truck was made all the better by Gilberto's joyous nature. Anyone who happens to need a tow and ends up with Gilberto is extremely lucky indeed.

We didn't know the deal with price would cost some of our cheerleaders uniforms and clothing being wet while under the bus. When the issue was brought up, first the driver (Ms. Dee) stated we must have had water in the bay with the luggage that she packed and we didn't. Then Tony said he would send someone to take a look at the bus and didn't. Ms. Dee had trouble getting the bus around in empty parking lots. The bus door was jammed when we tried to exit the bus to get to our competition. A parent that did not ride with the bus had to assist to open the door. The bus needed repairs while en route back to Georgia delaying the trip 2 hours. When we returned, called Tony to discuss the issues, he was unreceptive - repeatedly interrupting as we explained what happened, unapologetic - would not take accountability for concerns, defensive, and ultimately unresponsive to our concerns. When we stated how long we were waiting for the bus to be get the fuel filter changed, we stated we were there over an hour. He dismissed it because he looked at the GPS log saying we were only there for 45 minutes. Despite the fact that we have messages and calls to the driver regarding the stop. Parents reached out to him directly regarding the clothing that was wet from the bus and he has not returned their calls.
