What impressed me most was his willingness to help outside the specific scope of the workshop--if we had a scuba-related subject we were curious about, he would work with us one-on-one to provide pointers or recommendations. It shows he's invested in the diver's overall success, not just checking boxes for the day's lesson.   He clearly cares about the curriculum and his students. All of the staff here are phenomenal. Super friendly, honest, knowledgeable. We had a great time and learned a lot. We were very comfortable with the drysuit diving after taking the course. Additionally, I needed to have a repair done on my equipment that took a bit longer than expected due to some complexity, Wayne (owner) and the rest of the team kept me updated with the process and really tried to work with me to make it easy to get the repair delivered to me (since I live 1hr+ from Plymouth). I drove past two dive shops today thinking I'll wait to purchase my new gear local. I have waited all week thinking on my day off I would be all set. I checked store hours. I double checked before I left. I drive all the way to Weymouth from Nashua and I get to the dive shop at 10:30. As I pull up the place looks abandoned. Pit in my stomach I get out of my car and a poodle meets me at the locked door. The place was closed. Sign on door says. On a swimming trip. Amazing. Last time I pull into that parking lot.

Prices are great- comparable to what you can find on ebay, and we would rather buy from them anyway because of the safety factor. We just happened to find ourselves in the same dive group (I am not a customer or a travel client of Mark or Mass Diving--not yet, anyway!), and yet Mark spent the week sharing his considerable knowledge base with me and with all of his fellow divers. Given how kind, fun, attentive and generous Mark was with random dive partners in his group, I can only imagine the level of service and care that his actual customers and clients would receive on one of his trips!
