We ordered a new front door from them and got a call 1 day before scheduled installation of 12 windows and front door saying door frame was damaged during shipping, and wanted to know if I wanted to reschedule. We kept window installation appointment because we already prepared our home and removed storm door. We had an 8am scheduled installation they showed up around 845a (not bad) but said there was a 2 hour companywide meeting that held them up. Took almost 8 hours for install, which was ok considering we had 12 windows and were an upper level condo unit. At end of the install the foreman gave me a checklist to follow out and sign and he didn't do the walkthrough with me that he was supposed to, said just call with any issues (my wife let me have it on that!). I could go on but all I can do is advise against this compan.
