I also requested several quotes for this work to repair my deck - Alan came in at a very reasonable rate. Much more so than some of the other quotes and the work he did was of high standard. See photo of the time he took to sand the edges of the handrails; he also took special care to choose high quality boards. Even when he ended up realizing that there would need to be additional work to be done that would come at an additional cost to me, he made sure to talk me through my options, he made recommendations, and never forced me into anything. Instead, he worked with me to find solutions that would result in a safe, quality deck and also at a cost that I could manage. We're quite pleased with our repaired deck and would absolutely hire him again. He exceeded our expectations.

I was shocked about the $30k price tag, be we were demolishing a bathroom from 1974. So gutted from top to bottom. In 2 weeks time a crew of 4 came knocking at 9am- Day 1... Ryland S.- Isaac S. - Mark M & Tyler J, were first on scene. ALL were very polite & informed us on every cut, move & slice they made. Basically, whole tub area demolished, and new shower installed and put in a new window done that day. Very respectful crew. Stayed here till after 5, and cleaned everything. Day 2- 9am Ryland & Isaac was accompanied by Justice M. New floor, vanity and touch ups... bathroom completed. New sink & vanity, toilet & floor. What they said would & should happen, did happen and we are very happy at the outcome. And trust me, a bathroom built in the 70's,your gonna run into some issues... but these guys did a very very good job and we are more than pleased.

Scheduling was easy and windows were installed on time and finished early. Installation team was very professional and did an outstanding job. The trouble began at the end of the installation. We were asked to sign a completion certificate, which I completed before the installer left. No indication of any trouble. A week later received a message that they required my spouse's signature on the completion certificate. We were confused because we had signed it. We logged onto a link provided and resigned. Continue to receive notices that they had not received it, but just figured that the system was behind in updating since just a few days passed. Week and a half later received a very rude phone call from the accounting department staff member. This person threatened to turn us over to collections for payment because we didn't sign the form and Andersen's own finance company would not release the funds to Andersen till it was signed, certifying the job was acceptable. As busy professionals and preparing for a family wedding it was exhausting to try to log on and continue to sign a document you've already signed twice. Threatening a collection company on customers with outstanding credit, just a few days after job completion, with a delay due to confusing circumstances and not lack of trying to pay, is unacceptable professional behavior. Why wasn't this identified at the time the completion document was first signed? Again, the installers, the sales person, everyone else was professional. The accounting department person showed no empathy and needs training or other employment.

He sold me keyless entry that was supposed to be a "lifetime guarantee". It was a set from Lowe's that broke a month later. He also sold me a beautiful French door but left the handles mismatched and incorrect from what I picked from the original catalog. He scrambled the day of installation to run back and forth from Lowe's and then blamed the mistake on his contractors. He then acted like the handles were satisfactory when they don't even MATCH! Also did not tell me until the day of installation that I would be responsible for painting the trim and patches left after the installation. I have been chasing him to correct the handles for the past month. This guy is only looking to put money in his pocket and could care less about service or the final product. He even had the nerve to ask me for final payment before the work was complete. Luckily I waited until the door was in but it looks like I will be replacing both the keyless entry and the French door handles on my own. The photos attached are supposed to be the "final product." Scam artist is all I have to say.

The company never did a final walk through, changed work orders without consulting my cousin and without her signature. They never came back to fix any of the issues she reported. So she has a room she cannot use and she is out $42k. Stay away from Patio Enclosures of Pittsburgh.
