I would not recommend Window Nation for window replacement. The first large window we replaced was…read moregreat. There are no problems with it. A few years later we bought 9 windows to finish the project. ( The salesman-Chris told us the new windows would not have condensation in the inside. Every single one of those windows has moisture problems. The company sent out a guy 2 times. Every time we were told moisture on the inside of a window is due to too much moisture in the house. We bought 3 dehumidifiers and have the humidity problem solved. Well the guy came out a third time. Told us without even checking our windows that it is normal for windows to have condensation in the inside. ‍. He says the windows are working fine. It is the moisture and the circulation in our home. That's a bunch of BS. Well I disagreed and I am not satisfied with the windows. Now the service /installation manager is going to come to our house. How can 9 windows have condensation and one window not have a drop of moisture on the inside? I feel there is something wrong with the manufacturing or the installation of the 9 windows. I just wish they would admit that and make it right.

First call in February 4 calls since then its now May. Customer service keeps apologizing and promises a call back in 2 days, a week later no call back. With all these bad reviews I can't image WN is that busy or so many bads reviews no one wants to work for the company = no enough staff.

No fancy sales pitch either. He was able to repair damaged, rotted wood threshhold and framing around the doors. I was very impressed with his carpentry skills, time management and efficiency. And, there was nothing for me to clean up after! Don't waste your time or money with the big door/window guys. I highly recommend Lonny with no reservations or caveats. I

Think you can't afford great doors and windows? We work with the best names in the business at the best prices and most importantly, Precison installation. I've been specializing in door & window installation since 2005 and have installed thousands of projects for happy customers in Westmoreland, Washington, Fayette and Allegheny counties. I work with several door & window companies at different price points to fit almost any budget. The one thing they all have in common are high-quality products. Companies like Pella, Provia, THERMA-TRU, Marvin, and Anderson, also including some products at prices you can't get elsewhere. When your project is complete, you will be smiling and happy with your investment. I guarantee it! So why pay for a huge company's overhead, low quality, and unrealistic expectation claims? The windows make a huge difference both in terms of letting light in and also insulating the house. I especially like that the windows were custom made and they did a great job with the metal trim. Came across the company through the home and garden show of Pittsburgh. Was able to schedule an…read moreestimate at our house which went very well. We ordered replacement windows. Scheduling was easy and windows were installed on time and finished early. Installation team was very professional and did an outstanding job. The trouble began at the end of the installation. We were asked to sign a completion certificate, which I completed before the installer left. No indication of any trouble. A week later received a message that they required my spouse's signature on the completion certificate. We were confused because we had signed it. We logged onto a link provided and resigned. Continue to receive notices that they had not received it, but just figured that the system was behind in updating since just a few days passed. Week and a half later received a very rude phone call from the accounting department staff member. This person threatened to turn us over to collections for payment because we didn't sign the form and Andersen's own finance company would not release the funds to Andersen till it was signed, certifying the job was acceptable. As busy professionals and preparing for a family wedding it was exhausting to try to log on and continue to sign a document you've already signed twice. Threatening a collection company on customers with outstanding credit, just a few days after job completion, with a delay due to confusing circumstances and not lack of trying to pay, is unacceptable professional behavior. Why wasn't this identified at the time the completion document was first signed? Again, the installers, the sales person, everyone else was professional. The accounting department person showed no empathy and needs training or other employment.
