After touring, they assured us playdates would be supervised and safe. They did not inform us of multiple wounds (10 were found that looked like dog bites) until an hour before picking him up. One slice was almost 2 inches on his leg that needed to be treated by an ER vet. Update: the ER vet had to put him under for suspected dog bites. 10 wounds over the 5 days he stayed here.

Our classes were indoors but she has outdoor training, too. There are "poop bags" located on the property and trash cans by the gate. The location is easy to get to. Robin is an excellent instructor who breaks the training into easy segments that build on each other from week to week. She is supportive and yet very clear of her expectations and instructions. She sends a summary email after each class to remind the owner and fur baby of the things that were covered in that week's class. I will be continuing more classes with her.

We left very disappointed and tried to make an appointment on line. The web site was not working so we called and tried to make an appointment. Again the grooming staff was rude and told my wife she was blocked from grooming in Weatherford. I wish there we negative points I could give. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would encourage everyone to avoid this location and get your fur babies groomed elsewhere.

I enjoyed the opportunity to bond with my dog while learning new skills under the guidance of the trainers. The gym is set up to be very safe and my dog was able to work on his skills amid a lot of distractions. The coolest thing is that you earn little rings as you and your dog learn master new skills. I'm really excited to start taking my dog, Henry, to obedience and agility classes regularly. We had a great time.
