They don't care about the dogs they find or get from the city, they care about the dollars they get. If they cared, I would have my dog. Highway hounds picked up my dog and had him for 3 days before they killed him. After searching their Facebook page, the post they made was clearly for promotional purposes rather than trying to find his owner. My dog helped me with anxiety and highway hounds killed my dog.

I really love this organization!...it's ALL about the animals and finding them furever…read morehomes...finding fosters to keep them out of the shelters until transport is key...they love their foster families!...Im not able to foster myself, but I try to do my part in walking the dogs on transport day, transporting an animal to and from wherever they need to go, vet/foster/shelter/transport day/....also taking donations of food/new or old blankets/bath rugs/towels/any old/new toys/basically anything that can be old or new because they provide everything the foster will need to foster correctly....it's a really great program!

Being that we all have animals of our own, and the morbid nature of our job, we set to the task of trapping them on our own. we were able to capture three of the four kittens, but the mom and one kitten quickly saw the area was unsafe and moved on with the one kitten in tow. It's been about two weeks having them quarantined in our breakroom bathroom (uncertain of what they have, and what they could catch from deceased animals brought into our facility), stress and anxiety for these kittens is running high to the point that my wife and i decide to take one in and bare the costs, but that still leaves two that desperately need homes. over the past week not just I, but several people have reached out to this "Rescue" for some sort of assistance. I reached out to her every day since the weekend and each time was met with the same excuse, till at one point she hung up on my wife in the middle of a sentence. the problem is, if you're full or can't provide a service you're selling yourself as, you need to let the person know so as to not creat false hope. i do not believe she is trustworthy, and I do not believe she has any capacity to take care of any animal she claims to take in. We have offered to bring them by but are met with silence; I'm not even confident they are getting the medical attention or care they need when picked up either. far as I can tell, she could be just dropping pets off at a shelter. Do not waste your time with this one. seek out other volunteers with better representation and Reputation.

He's excited to be dropped off and happy to be picked up. The employees are great with the dogs, and I get daily reports of his adventures. Most of all, we also get peace of mind that he bid safe and not all by himself all day when we are at work. Suzette is great with him and greets him by name. She's taken additional security measures to keep the facility safe and secure (not in the best neighborhood, but that's not her fault, and not a reason not to take your dog there). All in all, we're very happy with our decision and recommend this business to anyone who wants a safe and caring place for their pup. 10/10

I purchased 12 neon tetras to split between my 2 betta tanks. Both tanks ended up being infected…read morewith ich AND columnaris. One of my bettas died and the other one is still in a hospital tank being treated. Still unsure if he's going to make it. I took all of the tetras back to the store and told them they were sick, and the girl at the counter goes "oh are these the tetras? Yeah we have them under observation now because we believe they have ich." And I was like .... Are you kidding me? I told her they killed my betta and infected the other one and she goes "oh I'm really sorry about that". I mean, to some they might just be "a fish" but these are my pets and it really hurt me to lose my girl the way that I did. She suffered having her face basically rotting off from columnaris and there was nothing I could do to help her. It killed her so fast. And I just got a "sorry". Does PetSmart not quarantine new fish to make sure they aren't sick before selling them to the public? THEY KILLED MY BETTA WHO WAS THRIVING before I put those tetras in there. I'm so mad at myself for buying fish there. I should have known better.

I've been taking Luna to petsmart for grooming for 6 years. There's been some less than ideal experiences (they forget to wash her face or trim her nails). Today was new. Her appointment was at 10:30. Now typically, it takes them anywhere from 1 minimum to 2 hours max. Today, they held my dog hostage for 5 HOURS. Since I know a simple bath & nail trim doesn't take this long, I know they had her locked in one of their metal cages for at least 3 hours but likely more. I genuinely hate every single one of y'all and I hope random hardship finds you. Do not bring your dog here for grooming unless you want them to be miserable and locked in a dog jail cell for hours with no food or water. 5 hours for a bath is insane.

Lisa was very patient with him and it only took her a couple of hours to bathe him and do a puppy cut. He was 2 months old and lived until he was 4 months old. Whether or not they knew that he was sick is unknown. 5 years later, I don't care to know. We knew we would adopt but wanted to wait about three months. Gaius (our other baby) needed some help to get through this loss of his buddy. Went to Lancaster HSNT and all they had were large dogs. We felt it was best to get a female, smaller dog that was his same age and calm. Ended up at Benbrook HSNT and found this wonderful little girl. For $50, she came microchipped, vaccines up to date and a free exam within the first 30 days. She was shy at first but after about 2 hours, she is right at home. Thank you HSNT for letting us adopt this beautiful little girl.
