(Worst customer service in that store) In Plantation store the experience was excellent. From time entering store i was greeted and directed to Brittany to help me purchasing a new TV. She knew and explainedeach one in words i could understand. She also text me the info so i would have it when ready to purchase( have to measure my wall) she went over details and also explained why getting protection and/or membership protection was beneficial. We then went over to computers in which she was also very knowledgable. Kudos to Brittany at Best Biy Plantation From now on ill go only here.

1 STAR CHECK THE BOX BEFORE YOU LEAVE THIS STORE BECAUSE MANAGEMENT WILL NOT HELP YOU…read more I purchased a very expensive Sony 35mm lens from Best Buy for store pickup. When I got home and opened the box, the Sony lens I paid for was NOT inside--instead, there was a completely different, inexpensive Sigma lens. I immediately drove back to the store, already shaken by what had happened, thinking surely they would be just as concerned as I was. I was wrong. The manager was rude and dismissive and initially tried to send me away, telling me I needed to call Best Buy's 800 number and that they would have to handle it and send me another lens. I was honestly in disbelief. I had just been handed the wrong product by THEIR store, and now I was being treated like I was the problem. I refused to leave and called Best Buy customer service myself while standing there. When I finally reached a live representative and explained what happened, he was appalled and told me the store absolutely needed to help me. Once the manager realized I had Best Buy customer service on the phone saying they wanted to speak with the manager, suddenly her attitude changed and she said, "Of course we're going to help you." You can hang up with them. I genuinely felt like I was in the Twilight Zone. I was never rude. I was visibly upset, and instead of showing even a little empathy, the manager looked me up and down from the minute I walked and treated me as though I had the audacity to come in asking for help. At one point I actually said, "If this happened to you, wouldn't you feel the same way?" She did ultimately give me the correct Sony lens, BUT even handed it to me with an attitude that made me feel like I shouldn't be getting it! I wasn't asking for a favor, a discount, or anything extra. I was asking for the product I had already paid for why is that an issue. Obviously mistakes happen. What matters is how a business responds when they do. Finding the wrong lens in the box was bad enough. Being treated this way by management when I came back for help is what earned this store one star. Someone needs to reach out to the store managers and retrain and/or explain how to handle such situations. After this experience, how am I supposed to trust buying another expensive piece of equipment from Best Buy? Absolutely unbelievable. Attention fellow photographers and anyone buying expensive electronics, think twice before going to Best Buy especially the sawgrass Florida location!! Management PLEASE DO BETTER! I hope the situation doesn't need to happen to you in order for you to understand that you are there to help customers, that is a big part of your job in the store, to help. Finally for the "customers" who apparently purchase expensive items and do the "swap & return" CAN'T BELIEVE HOW LATE IN LIFE I'M LEARNING THIS and don't know how you got away with this unless it was an inside job. I hope you get everything you deserve which is the same trash you put in the box and returned.

This is an outlet location so there's a demo for every product and your going to find sales here that you won't find online. I also come here because this is where they send the older products to be sold at a great price. My boyfriend had a pair of beats headphones and had tried to sell me on them. I've grown up with Boes and was not impressed with the quality and shocked they could get away with charging what they do for them. Finally, and I mean only a few months later, the beats died (shocker, lol), & he was in need of a new pair of headphones. ATTENTION PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING‼‼…read more THIS PLACE IS A SCAM THIS PLACE IS A SCAM THIS PLACE IS A SCAM To summarize, they don't tell customers the truth. They try to get you for every penny they can. And honestly should not be authorized with Apple. If you have any Apple problems or want any repairs done I suggest you to just go to the Apple store. They finessed me out of $65 and tried to finesse another $500. So I set an appointment to get my MacBook battery replaced at this OneClick location, seeing that It was listed as an authorized business with Apple. I get there and told the employee that I had an appointment to get my battery replaced. After a couple of questions he told me that they had to run a diagnostics and that it would cost $65 but it'll go towards the repair cost. I told him that I saw on the Apple website that a battery replacement would cost around $129 so that means I would have to pay around $70 for the back end cost because the diagnostic was $65 and that'll go towards the repair right? He said yes. Eager to get my laptop fixed I agreed and left my laptop with them, gave them my password and everything. They said they'll call me when they get the results. 5 hours passes and still no call so I decide to call them. They answered and told me The results came in,(wait for it)............................ I had to replace my battery...... The technician told me to replace my battery I would have to replace the whole top half of my laptop (casing, keyboards, etc) costing me around $500. I was livid. I told them f that and that I'm coming to get my laptop. Once I got to the store i found the guy who helped me out in the first place and I asked him why did they not say any of that upfront knowing that I came in to get my battery replaced. The guy says sorry I'm not a technician just a sales associate. Then I asked why would you even have to replace the top half when I seen videos on how to replace the battery for my laptop and all you have to do is move the speakers around? Caught off guard he replies "the technician just told me to price it down to $200 because your laptop is one of the last ones they didn't solder every piece together and that we could just replace the battery itself." Then I asked do you even have the battery in the battery back? He replied "no we would have to order it" Not only were they trying to scam me but they couldn't even have replaced it the same day and knew it but said nothing.
