After its fixed I bought a screen protector from the business as well. The same day the phone falls and the screen cracks pretty badly from a small distance even with the protector on. A week goes by and the phone stops sensing touch again. I call to tell him the situation and he tells me he cant do anything over the phone I need to bring it in and hangs up on me as I'm talking. I bring it back to see if they could do something about the faulty protector and low quality screen and he tells me there's nothing that can be done. He says screen is glass its going to break and ask google or ChatGPT why the screen broke and why the screen protector didn't work. If i could give them zero stars i would; learn from me don't give these people your money please.

I went to pick up my phone and after receiving it I noticed the screen was a bit raised and mentioned it to the tec and he said it was supposed to be like that because of the screen he put on it. he had shut the phone off to do the repair so I powered it up on my way back to my car and before I even got in there were white and green streaks going across my phone. I immediately turned around and went back in to confront the tec and the store was closed up with a sign that said "we will be back in 30 mins". After waiting over an hour for this dude to come back he tried to tell me I dropped the phone and this could only happy if there was impact. I promised him I hadn't dropped my phone and didn't even leave the stores premises before it was fucked up again. He tried to charge me an additional $200 to do the replacement again and after I told him that was bs he did it for free. 15 mins later he is done and hands me the phone back and the screen is still raised again. I asked if he put the OLED screen in like I requested and he said that they had run out of them So he just used the LCD screen they had in stock. So now I have the LCD screen on my phone and it is having all types of problems with the touch screen and display (typing random things and the brightness is going from 0-100 and 100-0 constantly, the phone is also overheating whenever I use it. I will never be going back to this place. He didn't tell me they were out of OLED screens until after he was done THE 2ND TIME. If he had told me they had no OLED screens I would have went elsewhere.

She also added a screen protector for me, mine was broken and can't reuse them. Lo and behold before I could post the review, less than 24 hours I came home from work and I dropped the phone . It hit just under the side were the screen protector was not all the way down and my cover is flush with my phone.
